The shower was broken in one of the bathrooms. When the front desk guy was notified of issue, he did not seem to care or make a note of the problem.

They will say they are charging your card for incidentals and then use that charge for parking. We were never informed there would be a parking fee as we did not leave our car for a flight.

The king bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed, we did not end up using the sofa bed and all shared the main room. The staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast was delicious.

Only improvement was the breakfast could have been hotter. Temp of food wasnt hot. Otherwise breakfast set up and presentation was fabulous

The staff was amazing and very polite. Our stay was great except for the horrible smell of Marijuana that woke us up in the middle of the night. They did offer to move us rooms, but I didnt want to pack up mybfamily of 5 in the dead of night. Overall it was a very nice, spacious and clean room. I would stay here again l.

Everything was great, but received additional charges that we were not told about when we booked, such as $10 a night parking fee. Hotel had a lot of fees. There were no towels in the pool area, froze on way to room.

Our room was amazing and so comfortable. My husband and I along with three of our children stayed there while we were on our way to a funeral.
It was nice to know that everything related to our stay was on point and worry free.

The front desk was friendly and polite. The negative thing bout it was having kids no waffle maker our a option for a pancake something with syrup was the only ugh part but overall one of the better hotels I have stayed at.
