Staff was friendly. Our hvac system was not working. The safe had a low battery which took over 2 hours to fix. No conditioner in shower and during the days we stayed was not checked. On 2/3rd day I requested a refill and it was replaced at that time. For room type and cost, Id recommend the Hampton just west of the Hilton. Or spend a little more for the Intercontinental or Rafael.

Bathroom toilet seat was stained yellow and who knows how old. Massive vomit looking stain on floor when we walked in. Horrible view we were given looking at AC units on the roof. Good spot but a little rough around the edges.

I loved the area and the property! Plenty of food places to choose from all great options and within walking distance!! Hotel was very clean outside of our towels having hair in them which the staff bought up more towels for replacements!! Manager was AMAZING and went above and beyond for us!!!! Will definitely stay here again!!!

I loved that they had a bar in the hotel, I love the fact that that they had a indoor pool that went outside to the outdoor pool! That staff was amazing & nice & even the other guests was nice I will definitely be back, the rooms was clean & big & the view was amazing

So, obviously the Hilton Country Club Plaza is going to be a lovely property, especially due to the location and the price. However, I initially booked the Home 2 Suites, and was informed very last minute they wouldn’t be able to accommodate and was offered the Hilton or IHG for “no additional charge”. No I wasn’t charged additional for the room, but I was charged $50 to park in the garage overnight (my party had two vehicles) and lost out on the complementary breakfast in the morning that would have saved me the nearly $100 it cost for my family to eat breakfast out. (There were six of us). This extra $150 I wasn’t anticipating really cut into our vacation budget. I understand those are Hilton policies, however it is still frustrating to be out those additional costs. Unfortunately, IHG wouldn’t have been any different and I prefer Hilton brands anyway. As such, if I travel again for the event I attended next year, I will probably go a different direction for our hotel of choice.

The night front desk staff were so beyond helpful even the security. The only things that I didn’t like were the breakfast staff weren’t very helpful I waited so long to be able to pay and I was confused regarding how the process worked I didn’t know I had to pay for breakfast I was never told and entire time it wasn’t so easy to get their attention or get help from them after I found them. Lastly my room door to get out I got stuck in the room the door jammed in me I couldn’t get it to unlock and open.

Tv didn’t work on the first room and it has some plumbing problem when someone in different hotel room flushed there toilet it gurgled into my bathroom sink and to top it off someone broke into my car in the parking garage at the hotel

Used to be the Sheraton and I’d stayed there a few times before. It honestly isn’t quite to the standard of most Hiltons. For the price I paid there’s a much nicer hotel close by with better views. We had breakfast in the hotel before we checked out and it was not good or worth the price. The Buffet is a joke and only had your standard continental breakfast items save for the fact that, when I complained, the waitress told me they could make me an omelet, which I took her up on but was still mediocre. My wife ordered French toast and it too was not very good.

Loved my stay. Loved the room. Loved the location. Do NOT utilize Expedia or other 3rd parties if your room needs are very particular. Expedia changed my room selection without my consent or notice and the Hotel was completely booked so I had no other options to pivot too. They could see that the change has been made by Expedia but never said anything at checkin. It wasnt until I got to my room and saw it only had one bed vs two. Hilton offered ZERO solutions or apology for my predicament. No discount for the inconvenience or anything! It was just an excuse me, I need to check other people in.

For choosing to stay at a higher-end Hilton hotel, and spending a good amount of money per night, the rooms were not very clean. I have nothing against a pet friendly hotel (as we have dogs we sometimes travel with) but there was quite a bit of dog food and dog hair found in our room. As well as human food. Rooms were not vacuumed or cleaned very well. Hair was in the shower. Just not clean overall. Not to mention having to pay almost $30/day just to park and $18/meal for breakfast (those may be my fault for not doing a little more research) but when I’m spending almost $200/night for a nice hotel, I don’t want to have to pay for parking if I’m parking the vehicle myself. And on-top of all else, expect a clean room especially with little kids being there.

This hotel was perfect!! Loved the room styles and layout. The beds were so comfortable. Conveniently located on the plaza for shopping and dining. Nice amenities and lobby bar and lounge area. Friendly staff. The only negative was the expensive parking fee in the hotel parking garage.
