The staff was very snobby my key card stopped working even before checkout and there was fluid all across bathroom floor and I'm pretty sure it was unclean vomit from previous bookers and the AC in the room was shotty

We needed a ground floor room, didnt get that and the sight did not specify that it was a stairs only facility. We had a person in out party that can not walk up & down stairs safely. Definitely will not be trying to stay in another auper 8. This makes the 3rd time we have had some kind of issue.

It was scary entering the hotel with homeless people at the front door. The property smells and the room smells and the bathroom did not seem clean. The toilet seat and lid were both up when we entered, there was trash in the trash can, and a long hair on our "clean" towels. Not impressed.

At midnight someone walked into my room. She was checked into same room. Ceiling putty was all over shower curtain tub and floor. Only asked for bathroom to be cleaned and they cleaned entire room and moved everything.

This hotel was a mistake to stay at… it’s in a very shady area with a dimly lit parking lot. The staff almost seemed annoyed we were checking in and inconveniencing whatever they were doing before they decided to come to the front desk. The room was clean -ish but you could tell it had lived a very hard life. The water pressure was pretty well non-existent in the shower. I won’t be coming back. It’s a wonder that Wyndham associates its name with this particular location at all.

The staff was helpful & kind, however the property itself was pretty dated and dingy. We reserved the King Suite with Jacuzzi (which is supposed to be the nicest room) but there were several stains on the floor, walls, and furniture, cracks and holes in the walls, it had looked like they had recently just spackled a giant spot on the ceiling which dripped and dried onto the entertainment stand, the jacuzzi itself took about 45 mins to fill as the water only trickled out of one spout, water temperature knob wouldn’t work properly, it had broken jets and was literally propped up by thin wood slabs that resembled paint stirrers, the jacuzzi was also clearly detached from the wall somehow, the bathroom was the absolute worst part, it smelled like sewage our entire stay, we had to keep the vent going and the door shut so it wouldn’t smell up the entire room constantly, we could not figure out where the awful smell was coming from and couldn’t bear being in there, the tub was stained, and the bathroom door looked like it had been bashed through at some point so it was cracked around the handle and door latch mechanism which looked trashy. We also found out that when leaving the room to be sure and pull the door shut extra tight or else your room won’t lock properly. Breakfast was fine, nothing too special, it was a self serve station & featured a waffle iron, biscuits, bread, muffins, fruit, gravy, orange/apple juice, & coffee. Parking lot was also active with people late at night.

Basic hotel w cable TV barely working
The hotel itself isn't to bad. It's exactly what you think your getting with a Super 8. The bed was comfortable, the room was basic, decent water pressure, and hot water. The biggest complaint I have was half their cable stations didn't even work. No ESPN, AMC, TBS, etc. When asking the front desk about the TV stations you basically just get a look of "oh no one has complained about this before". Yet people that day and online reviews say it's a common problem. The surround area was good enough. There's a big gas station with almost everything you need right next door, walgreens, and restaurants near bye.

Place was ok. Check in easy and attendant was very kind. We booked the room with the hot tub, and fair warning, the water trickles out, so took an hour to fill. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom tap water smelled like sewer water. It was horrible. Thankfully there’s a Walgreens across the street that we were able to buy water at. Toilet clogged. Probably wouldn’t stay again but served its purpose.

Good stay. Bed was comfortable and room was quite and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is right off the interstate and two or three minutes drive to many good places to eat that isn't fast food. I would recommend this place.

The carpeting in the hallmark was very dirty which surprised me. Plus I didn’t know about the $100 deposit which I did pay. I took a video the next morning of my room to show I left it in very good condition. Only the bed was used. No shower, no trash on the floor or anywhere. I don’t smoke either. There was no one at the front desk which the video also shows. I try my best to respect the property of others and I take it seriously.

Staff was nice. I don’t think they swept or vacuumed the rooms as I found pieces of an old brownie under the desk. Breakfast was good but had limited options (waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt, granola bars). I only saw one wheelchair accessible room, the rest had to be accessed via stairs, and no elevators. They require a $50-100 room deposit when you check in, which I wasn’t informed about beforehand. They don’t take the deposit off your end amount, they refund it, but if you use a card it can take up to 10 days to get it back in your account. They also won’t let you stay with them without at least one person 21 or older in your group, which they also don’t tell you beforehand. Poor guy in front of me was by himself and booked online, and was turned away at the desk for being under 21. Was pretty quiet and housekeeping respected the do not disturb sign. If I had more money I’d probably go to a different hotel but for the price it’s alright

The Jacuzzi suite it was the room and the room Jacuzzi would not get hot. We called into the office. They were no help told us to fill up the trashcan in the room to put water in it and carry it to the Jacuzzi. It made for a weird night and I didn’t get where I want. I feel like I deserve my money back. Never stay here anymore.

Had to change rooms after first night due to water dripping in the bathroom coming from the room above. Hard to believe they weren’t aware of that as they said they didn’t know it leaked. Very inconvenient!!!

We felt like this place was a little aketchy. There were several people hanging in the parking lot when we checked in at 9 p.m. and there were liquor bottles in the parking lot. The room was reasonably clean but smelled a little weird. When we checked out there was a lady in the lobby dressed in her underwear. There was obviously something going on with her but none of the the staff were dealing with it. It felt a little unsafe there.
