Marvellous room overlooking Kaoshung harbourPosted Oct 26, 2013
Pros: Comfort and room space, more than one cup of morning coffee and a tremendous view of the harbour.
Cons: all was well done
Location: We walked around the shops and markets at the harbour. We would have loved to have stayed longer but had to move along after a single wonderful night
We enjoyed everthing about our room. It made our stay in this lovely city.

The hotel is pretty nice and it's near a night market and department store. I'll definitely stay there again.

Not as comfort as I expectPosted Apr 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Before I entered the hotel room everything is what I expect--luxury decoration, convenient location, next to a department store and has many good restaurants on site. When I entered the room--wow! it's a tiny room. The bed is really for single person (I reserved two single beds and I thought the single bed means twin bed). The bathroom only has one soap for washing hands and taking a bath. I expected more for this kind of high end of hotel.

A very nice hotelPosted Apr 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
A very big hotel with high standards and excellent customer service. The room was great: big, comfortable and clean. They let me check-in four hours early. Internet did cost ten dollars a day and laundry service although speedy and very well done, a bit pricey as a dress shirt is about eight dollars. Breakfast was the usual; mediocre. Overall I was very satisfied though. The surrounding neighborhood has western style cafes and bakeries and a number of banks and there is a high-end shopping mall within the hotel. So all the comforts of home. As far as local treats: there is a beautiful temple across the street and MRT is about a 10-minute walk.( three stops to the night market) If you walk to the MRT, stop at the local Taiwanese restuarant specializing in duck, it's awesome! The bellman will know and point you in the right direction, about a 5-minute walk.
