Was here for 2 weeks on business. The room got cleaned every 2 or 3 days. This has been going on for months. Now it is treated as if this is the normal level of service. Towels would get changed bed not made.. just really sloppy.

I think the room was decent and clean, a bit noisy (heating/cooling unit). I was in the Exercise room on the 14th and it was a bit of a disaster starting from the TV and lock storage / Graveyard area to the Treadmill that was not suitable for Running. (belt sticks when weight applied while running).

People at the reception were very pleasant. Room was clean. Bed felt really hard at first but I got a good sleep and didn't wake up sore so..This hotel covered my needs perfectly.

The room was infused with the smell of B.O. we emptied an entire bottle of fabreeze and still smelled it. Hairs in the shower. Lipstick on the wash cloth and dust everywhere. I didnt mention to my wife what could be imagined in the bedsheets. She would have made us change hotels and as we were there for my fathers funeral I sure wasnt in the mood of the hastle.

Says there is a fitness centre but Ac has been broken for months so window open. Was 27 degrees in the fitness centre. Fitness centre is full with old locks they have been changing and before that coffee makers. Not vaccines in months, tv not connected and they said they don’t fill the water anymore.

Ironing board set up in room ??? Toilet paper holder empty with used core being removed but nothing replaced. Bathroom sink had 4 large cracks. On check-in front desk clerk visiting with her friends & not attentive to guests

We stay regularly at Comfort Inn Kapuskasing. We found that it had updates to carpets this time and enjoy the quick breakfast choices

The room was quiet, and the breakfast was not too bad. But the bad thing was the cleanliness was not to my liking, i.e. the hallways were FILTHY and had pieces of food on the carpet. Service was okay, but not worth 160$ a night!

I was not told that the hotel was hosting displaced First Nations people due to regional flooding. The security staff were noisy all night and had no regard for paying customers like me. I had the worst hotel experience of my life, and will never look and Comfort Inn the same again.

Every hotel in Kapuskasing and many more up north give a helping hand to the indigenous people when they flood or are faced with a forest fire risk. This means that almost every hotel takes groups in. We don't "Warn" guests because they should be treated like any other guest. Much like we wouldn't warn you if a construction crew, hockey team or a funeral were staying with us. These people have been displaced and have nowhere else to go. This is the first complaint I've had about the security crew. They work 24/7 and I've never witnessed them being "loud". Thank you so much for the review. I hope you have a nice day.

Bed was comfy.. room was big.. lots of big transports outside my patio.. woke me up at 1:30 am Staff at breakfast was rude and unwelcoming.. was told hot breakfast at 6:30 am 7 am hash browns were cold and in a big clump.. eggs weren’t ready.. tiny Amount of greasy bacon.. waffle mix was very watery made a very thin no taste waffle
