Bottom line, our room was so freaking hot that it made it absolutely miserable. Nice room but no air conditioner with almost 100° weather is unacceptable. And the second thing, the pool with that many people in a hotel does not accommodate guests at all!! An absolute COVID disaster! We cannot enjoy any of the accommodations, except for the breakfast. That pool needs to be a lot bigger with more room and space or regulate gas from going. Complete waste of money.

The game of luxury
The hotel is very confortable but the big minus was the lack of aircondition. That spoilt the impression especialy in this hot summer. In addition, we have a room on the ground floor, where it was impossible to leave an open window. Food was good, beverages overpriced. The wifi in our room was very bad.

Staff were wonderful, hotel is gorgeous, food in restaurant is excellent. Spa provides many services. Rooms are charming and clean.

Best in your Autumn years
Apart from scaffolding on our balcony (for which we paid extra), this is a quiet, well situated hotel, with an excellent buffet breakfast and comprehensive Spa. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor heated pool accessed via an auto-gate from the inside pool area. Very little English spoken

Beautiful hotel in lovely town with clean air!
This is a delightful hotel situated just one block back from the main high street. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the Spa area was magnificent with indoor and outdoor pools. Breakfast and dinner are both buffet style with lots of choices and healthy options. My only niggle would be that there are few waiting staff and so it took them some time to clear tables and to serve drinks etc.

We had a great stay. All the staff was nice. Hotel in good location. The only thing is that marianske lazne in general is for a senior population...so not much to do...

Generell hat und das Hotel gut gefallen. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Rezeption ist extrem freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist ganz toll, fast das beste, was wir bis jetzt auf vielen Reisen hatten. Auch das Abendessen als Menü ist absolut hervorragend. Was aus unserer Sicht nicht gut war (wir selbst haben auch Kinder): In ein  5* Spa Resort Hotel gehören keine Kinder unter 16 Jahre. In jedem Schwimmbecken gab es von den Kindern im Schulalter extreme halli galli Aktionen - das Schwimmen war teilweise nicht möglich. Die Eltern haben darauf gar nicht geachtet und das Spa Personal auch nicht. Zumindest sollte man vom Spa Personal darauf aufmerksam machen und die intensiven Ballspiele (!) im Wasser stoppen. Auch Babies unter 1 Jahr gehören in den Spa Bereich m.E. nicht. Außerdem haben einige Gäste Videos im Spa und in den Pools aufgenommen - das sollte nicht erlaubt sein und vom Hotelpersonal etwas strenger kontrolliert werden.

Leider ist auf den Fotos nur ein Renoviertes Zimmer zu sehen, uns wollten sie aber ein altes Zimmer geben. Das Frühstück Buffet war sehr gut. Bäder und Saunen sehr sauber. Für E-Autofahrer bekommen den Strom umsonst wenn sie in der Tiefgarage Parken ( 16,-€ )

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Falkensteiner. Spa Bereich super schön und entspannend. Das Frühstück war das Beste aus all meinen Hotelaufenthalten bisher. Abendessen ist gut, muss aber dem eigenen Geschmack treffen, da es nicht sehr viel Auswahl gibt. Ein Abend war top, der 2. nicht ganz unseres - dennoch lecker. Lediglich die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten recht klein und nicht sonderlich bequem.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.Wir hatten ein Comfort-Zimmer mit Balkon unterm Dach.Das Zimmer war recht klein aber für uns ausreichend.Der Balkon war schon eher eine Dachterasse,was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.Leider war kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden.Bei der Wärme(30°C), wäre das sehr hilfreich gewesen, zumal wir den ganzen Tag Sonne hatten. Ein Schirmständer war da! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber,es gab sehr viele deutsche Sender im TV, im Badezimmer waren Seife und Duschgel vorhanden. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht,dieses war sehr reichhaltig.Ich denke es blieb kaum ein Wunsch offen. Hygiene wird derzeit groß geschrieben.Das auch hier!In der Empfangshalle stand Desinfektionsgel.Im Restaurant bestand Maskenpflicht außer an seinem Tisch. An sonsten war es keine Pflicht.Wir haben im Fahrstuhl freiwillig Maske getragen, wenn jemand drin war. Eine Tiefgarage ist vorhanden.Dort kann man einen Parkplatz mieten für 12€ pro Tag. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und kommen sicher wieder.Danke! Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm

Ein sehr schöner Hotelkomplex, groß aber durch die verschiedenen Gebäudeteile nicht zu wuchtig. Es handelt sich um ein sehr schickes Haus mit einem hohen Wohlfühlfaktor. Der Wellness-/Schwimmbereich und die Bar mit Außenterrasse sind hervorzuheben. Das Hotel ist gut und ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück ist guter Durchschnitt aber nichts besonderes in dieser Hotelklasse, das Abendessen in Menüform dagegen war Überdurchschnittlich. Insgesamt haben uns sowohl Hotel als auch der Aufenthalt in Marienbad gut gefallen und wir können es mit Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.

Authenisches Hotel in Marienbad
Wir sind spontan nach Marienbad gefahren und haben dort im Falkensteiner Hotel eine Nacht verbracht. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr groß und hat ein tolles und sehr vielfältiges Angebot, welches wir gerne genutzt haben. Das Hotel bot uns einen tollen Aufenthalt für diesen Kurzurlaub!
