Great value no frills place to stay. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. We had a garden view also, so, it was quiet and we slept well. Staff was friendly. The bottled waters and daily room cleaning were great too. I just wasn’t a fan of the shower with no curtain next to the toilet. It didn’t drain very fast, and the floor was wet around the toilet then. We also had mosquitos, without opening the back door or windows.

Super nice staff, it's just an small in, don't expect a big resort with palm trees and a pool. Great place for solo travellers, and the surrounding town is so fun, just a 10 minute walk from the airport. It's really worth the low price!

Very friendly,very clean rooms.
Rooms are very clean,nice firm beds,also have safe to keep valuables. Nice showers and towels changed daily. Have shampoo and soap tooo. Free coffee until 12pm and my price included breakfast which was good to start the day. I’m goimg back the end of this week had to move as hotel fully booked. Highly recommend.

High quality hostel experience
Pros: I stayed in the hostel part and it was very well equipped, security was very good, and everything was always clean and well maintained. A lot of thought has gone into providing maximum storage space and convenience. WiFi signal was strong and available in all areas and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Bed sheets were changed after two nights, which was nice. Cons: The climb up and down from my bed was a bit of a tight squeeze. It would have also been useful to know from the website in advance that there is quite a large deposit required (for access tag/key, padlock and towel) as this significantly impacted my budget for the rest of my stay.

Nice hotel with good size beds for families
We came to this hotel because it had two king size beds. For a family of four this was well worth the stay. It's in a nice location and a small walk to the night market and beach.

friendly well organized
apart from the old TV without german chanel a very friendly and well organized hotel for people with limited budget. The distance to the beach is a bit too far to walk but everything else needed is close by. Front rooms are a bit noisy . The street is busy and nightlife is right in front.

i stayed here for two nights at female dorm. overall its clean n comfortable. the price is resonable wit free breakfast, u hv to for it urself bread, hard boiled egg, and coffee. the cleaness of shared bathroom could be more clean if other guest shower the sands before entering the bathrooms. cleaness of the dorm spoiled when a guest from chinna throw all the used tissues around the double decker bed, and its very disgusting. i wil stay here again if come here another time.

Lovely hotel great staff
Lovely little hotel. My room was really big. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were super friendly. For the price it can't be beaten. It takes about 5-10 mins to the beach and there's a couple of lovely restaurants near by. Also it's 2 mins walk to the twice weekly karon beach night market

Awesome hostel, short walk to the beach
I stayed in the hostel part of hotel, and it was awesome! The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. One of the women who work at the front desk even got me a huge discount for an island-hopping tour, which was great since I was on a budget. I stayed in the female dorm which has 6 beds, but I ended up having the room to myself for my entire 3-night stay. The dorms and common bathrooms were always clean and the breakfast was fresh. Also, you have a key for the door leading to the hostel area, as well as another key to get into the dorm itself, so I always felt safe. The common area between the hotel and hostel is a great place to mingle with the other guests or just relax outside. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops along the main road leading to the beach, which is only about a ten minute walk. If and when I make it back to Phuket, I'd definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Family friendly, flexible, great people!
We have a unique situation, having 4 small children, so we never know what hotel room or rooms will work. The Farm Chang room at Karon Living Room was perfect for us! We all piled in to the 2 king beds and didn't have to try to split up between two rooms. The breakfasts were great (more food than we could eat), and the staff (especially Leo) were extremely helpful. They booked us a day snorkeling trip as well as a car to the airport at the end of our stay. It's about a 10 minute walk to Karon beach. We walked the first day then for the next two just rented motorbikes right from the hotel. Will definitely consider this if/when we come back to Karon as a family. HIGHLY recommended!

A nice place in a busy beach town
The room was very clean and had all the amenities a westerner could need. The biggest drawback is the distance to the beach--its a 15 minute walk (which could be 5 if not for the mega-resorts with private streets). Otherwise there is a lot to see and do nearby, whether you're looking to shop or eat some local food. The staff was helpful in arranging a tour of Phuket and transportation to our next destination.

This place was quite cheap, clean,
This place was quite cheap, clean, and relaxing. The people here were all quite friendly. My only complaint was that it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach along what seemed like a fairly dangerous road with no side walk. The rooms were very big and had decent views on both sides. The air con was pretty loud which could be a problem for a lot of people. I would personally stay here again.

Wir waren für 3 Wochen im Karon Living Room ( zwei Erwachsene und ein 4 jähriges Kind). Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am Strand, hat dadurch aber auch Vorteile. Wir haben auf dem Weg ganz nette Einheimische kennen gelernt. Nur ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfehrnt hat es Restaurants, einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, Tuktuks und eine Bushaltestelle. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem Hotel.

We had a great stay
We had a great stay. The rooms are big with good AC. The staff is very kind and helpful. Wifi were sometimes slow but ok. Close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. Would recommend to others!

Жили в отеле 14 ночей всё очень понравилось(отзывчивый персонал и уборка в номере).Днём когда жара заказывали еду в номер всё очень вкусно и не дорого.Очень порадовал кофе из кофе машины на завтрак.Пользовались услугами такси на рецепшен всё отлично.До пляжа идти минут 15 не спеша.Отличный бюджетный отель всё очень хорошо!На Пхукете третий раз есть с чем сравнить.

Vi bodde här första 5 nätterna när vi landade in till Thailand. Vi möttes av trevliga människor i receptionen oavsett vem som stod där. Bra service med fritt lån av badlakan, parasoll och leksaker till stranden. Vi kan definitivt rekommendera detta boende!

Отличный бюджетный отель, чистый, большой номер, хороший напор горячей воды, что встречается не всегда на Пхукете. Расположен не близко к пляжу для тех, кто пешком. Окна номеров выходят на дорогу или внутрь двора, если нужна тишина указывайте сразу номер не на улицу, дорога оживленная. Есть завтраки , готовят по меню, не шведский стол. Приветливый персонал, в целом приличный отель для непритязательных туристов.

Stayed in a 6 bed dorm with your own curtain! Room is neat just not enough space for everyone's luggage. Staff are nice, however only a few of them speak English. The hostel is also a bit far from the beach.

Отель отличный, светлый, красочный, номера просторные, туалет и душ в хорошем состоянии. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Единственный минус до пляжа минут 10 пешком вдоль дороги. Для такого отеля цена, которую они запрашивают достаточно низкая. Нам очень понравилось.
