Comfortable and Great Value
Booked this hotel, unaware that our 4 nights were during Eid al Adha so we were a little concerned about having to spend more time than we planned in a hotel. We should not have worried as, not only were the bedrooms comfortable and spacious, all hotel facilities were great too. We were able to take advantage of generous holiday discounts at the spa and enjoyed amazing treatments and massages. Food was delicious and it was wonderful to relax and eat by the pool. Staff could not have been more helpful and they ensured we enjoyed every minute of our stay, arranging our transfers and generally being very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Go solo!
I checked out and went to another hotel but had to come back again, I think that explains a lot about staying at this hotel.
Its not always raining in Istanbul but when it does make sure either you sit by a window or dance in rain.

Go solo!
As a solo traveller its the safest place to stay. Comfortable, clean, aesthetically decorated and with the friendly staff around. Everything you need is just a dial-button away.

All in all, it was a decent hotel to stay at. nothing extraordinary or out of this world but a decent clean hotel to stay at. Expensive breakfast around $18.

Fridge and air conditioner not working. The room surfaces were sticky and dirty. It is a very old hotel. The staff was friendly but the doorman was rude.

The Hotel was clean and welcoming the only problem was that the air con was broken regardless of the temperature set it blew out hot air meaning the room was 25 degrees, unfortunately this was not mentioned at check in only when I called down to reception did they say to turn it off and open a window. Apart from that a very pleasant stay.

In the business area
The hotel in itself is perfect. Only downside is that unless you dine in, you will need a taxi to eat out as we are in the middle of a business area.

The room was lovely, spacious and very comfortable, 5 stars! I was expecting a 5 star breakfast but it was so disappointing, very poor selection and the quality of the food was shocking. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great staff, great place with Sunday market
Great hotel with special mention for Ahmet who is exceptional. Our flight were early and we reached the hotel at 9.00. Without asking for any possibility of an early checkout, Ahmet made us feel very easy and to our surprise gave us our cards to the room.
