"Had a lovely stay here! There is a trail leading to the Hercules monument if you'd like a hike (but not horribly hard) right across the street. There are a few close dining options and the restaurant at the hotel was great (italian options). Breakfast was very good. The staff was super helpful as well and parking was right on the property. My only negative was that the bed was very hard. We haven't encountered one that hard in all of our stays in Europe. Also, just a suggestion, but some of our hotels these last few trips have had portable fans for those of us who are used to AC and don't sleep well when it's hot. However, a good stay and we would definitely choose this hotel again if we're in Kassel."
