Very close to the beach and beach's cove

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: I liked that it was so close to the beach and had two pools and a jacuzzi
Honestly, I only paid $77 a night and I thought it was a great deal.

Would not stay here again.

Pros: The entry way is nice.
Cons: Almost everything.
Location: The location was the only good thing about this hotel.
The room was very shabby (we were in a suite) with a lanai door that wouldn't open, a sink that was rusted and sharp-edged, and the a.c. did not work. The pool was closed down due to the extreme disrepair. (tiles were missing from almost 1/2 of it) Some of the staff were very rude and unhelpful. The controller for the DVD player didn't work and when my husband called down to the front desk about it, the woman hung up on him. If we could have gotten a refund, we would have checked out and changed hotels the first night.

Hotel in disrepair, a $35 service fee concealed, food & waiters subpar.

Very dated, facilities in bad shape

Posted Jul 10, 2014
Beautiful views of nice beach, but hotel in much need of refurbishment. Fish ponds had lots of scum & algae, peeling paint in hallways on electrical fixtures and railings, could not open our sliding door to hear waves or get fresh air, windows need cleaning, swimming pool missing tiles on bottom, towels provided had stains and were worn. Low price though - you get what you pay for.

Hotel was ok but...

Do not get dragged into eating at their on site restaurant. The hotel is fairly clean but a little old. Their ac works well and that's a plus but their restaurant prices are unreasonable for the product.

Loved the location, close to the beach, shopping.

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: I especially like the location!
Cons: This hotel was grand in it's day and could use some updating, however, it did not interfere, at all, with my comfort and satisfaction of the hotel.
Location: Located just over 2 miles North of the airport there is plenty of shopping and events close by.
After arriving I was not happy with the room and was immediately given one that was satisfactory. They staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Pros: Staff, Locale
Location: A little away from downtown Kapa'a. The city bus should go into compound to pick up guest.
The staff was very accommodating and worked very well with all guest. I will stay again.

Nice pool

Awesome pool and hot tub, very close to the beach. Hotel smelled like mold and was very rundown. The staff was great but the amenities fee is ridiculous.
