Very pleasant and beautiful locationPosted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Location, fully equipped condo
Cons: Queen bed - it was just too small for two people
Location: Everything. Kauai is small, so it's very easy to get around. But, this is a perfect central location.
Lanai was perfect. Beautiful landscaping and adjacent to the beach and park. I loved being visited by the wild chickens.

Served us wellPosted Jul 4, 2014
Nice comfortable place, helpful staff, decent location. We were a bit miffed that they wanted an extra cleaning fee on top of what we booked the place for on Expedia when we first arrived. Although we thought paying this unexpected extra 50 dollars was BS, we decided it wasn't worth the effort to fight it.

We stayed for the week-end. Room was very clean, the front office staff were very hellpful. The location was good for getting to all sides of the island. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Oceanfront 2-bedroom units have gorgeous view of ocean. Unit 324 was excellent (although up three slights of stairs)! Also stayed in 217--not as good. 217 had comfortable seating, but poor layout. Also, other units can look into your unit--sort of a fishbowl effect. Not really for couples, but good place to stay for families with young children--Lydgate Park is within easy walking distance, and nice little pool at Kaha Lani. Do get oceanfront, though, if possible.

The size of the unit was perfect. The view, although set back a ways, was wonderful. The walk to the beach was the perfect length. The unit had ever dish and utensil you could possibly need, but no coffee filters. We bought some to leave for the next guests. The bed and couch were very comfortable. When we come back to Kauai, we will be staying here!

Pros: Location, easy parking, and quiet
Cons: provide bike rentals
Location: beach, bike path, . Nearby beaches and Kapaa town. Hiking up to Sleeping Giant close and very cool.
Great location adjacent to Bike path and beach. Great place to hang out, cook meals and watch family movies at night.
