It was right off the water, you could here the waves and feel the breeze in the beach front view room. It was excellent quality counters, flooring and furniture, and fixtures. It was very calm and quiet environment during the weekdays when we were there, more populated on weekend when we were leaving.
The check in was difficult, it was 2 streets down in another building, but there was no indication in my booking to notify me of that. Took 30 minutes to find, called and did not get an immediate answer. There was no AC in the room. Which was not bad on most days when windows and doors were open, which had screens, and good circulation in room, but worst on humid days. The parking wasn't great. You had to reserve a spot and pay more to have a regular parking spot in the concrete parking lot near your room. Otherwise you had to park on the side of the parking lot along the dirt and tree line. No guaranteed parking especially at night. We actually did not have a problem finding parking spaces during the week, but when we left on Thursday, it was a lot more vehicles, indicating that the weekend might be more populated and thus a lot more difficult.
There was no regular maid service, which was ok, but we were there for 5 days, it was two of us and we only had wash clothes and shower towels for 2 days. When we asked for more toilet paper and towels, it was a $12 fee, and would be that amount for each request. Plus the "cleaning fee" is an additional charge from room total.
