“Westin Princeville: Above & Beyond !”
In 3 words: Above and Beyond. The Westin Princeville is incredible ! Everything I experienced at Westin has been above and beyond my expectations. This is the first time that a hotel concierge actually reached out to me to offer information on where to go, things to do, etc. I will be back !
“A wonderful paradise in Princeville”
It was exactly what I want. The Westin Resort location is so perfect for relaxation, low key. The staff there were very friendly and helpful, the facility is very well designed, super clean. I would come back in a heart beat.
“Beautiful!!!”
The grounds are beautiful, the rooms in mint condition and the service excellent. Highly recommend it. The only thing missing is a beach on the premises but there is two very close by so no biggy...
“Paradise”
From the moment we arrived at the Westin we experienced the true Hawaiian "Aloha" until the day we left. The hotel is wonderfully designed, providing private spaces for children, families and couples to enjoy the breath taking beauty of the island. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the mountains and was conveniently located near the BBQ area which we used each evening. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics along with a great blender. We took walks each day around the grounds and especially down to the beach below. The trail is clearly marked and wasn't that difficult to venture down. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, service is impeccable and always comes with a genuine smile. We throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.
“Great Deal!”
Great location! Westin has agreement with St Regis to use their beach facility! Big bonus! Great food around the pool! Great setup to grill out every night if you wanted to! Would definetly stay there again!
“great resort overall”
A few less desireables first: Great hotel on the North Shore of Kauai. Note - North Shore is a bit colder and less sunny, so if you're looking a day on the beach in the sun - this is NOT your place, but if you want to hang out in the pool with a bit less sun - this is perfect. Probably the only place in Kauai I've been bitten by bugs... Found it very weird... Also, OMG - at 5am every day the wild chickens start yelling for an hour and a half. Can't sleep if you want to stay up late... Otherwise - great resort, great location. Amazing rooms!

Room was clean, grounds very attractive, staff friendly. The Westin was a good place to stay.
“Beatuiful resort”
We went with another couple and we asked if we can be close to each other. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodated us. They did not only put us in the same building but they up graded our friends room to a one bedroom, two door down from us.. We were able to have dinner at their unit because it was bigger and have a table for up to 6 people. The staff were friendly. Our air conidtioner was not working but we didn't care much about it til three days later when it got up to 80 degrees. I called the front desk and they sent someone over and fix it,. We definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. A family resort even though we didn't have kids we enjoyed it because it was quiet and beautiful property. We BBQ everyone night.

Great location, staff, and restaurant and we managed upgrade to larger room for minimal fee..a great place to,stay on the north shore
