“Great Deal!”

Great location! Westin has agreement with St Regis to use their beach facility! Big bonus! Great food around the pool! Great setup to grill out every night if you wanted to! Would definetly stay there again!

“Paradise”

From the moment we arrived at the Westin we experienced the true Hawaiian "Aloha" until the day we left. The hotel is wonderfully designed, providing private spaces for children, families and couples to enjoy the breath taking beauty of the island. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the mountains and was conveniently located near the BBQ area which we used each evening. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics along with a great blender. We took walks each day around the grounds and especially down to the beach below. The trail is clearly marked and wasn't that difficult to venture down. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, service is impeccable and always comes with a genuine smile. We throughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again.

“Highly recommend the Westin!”

The Westin is a beautiful hotel and I highly recommend it for couples as well as families. I booked a studio and it was a lot nicer than what I expected. The hotel property is gorgeous, the landscaping is beautiful and the studio we we in was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. We did not go into the pools or spas, but enjoyed the evening walking around. There is a kiddie pool that near the larger multi-tiered pool. The hotel restaurant is fabulous as well. I found the concierge to not be very helpful. I do not usually smoke cigarettes but if you do, you will have to either smoke on your patio or walk outside the property as this is a non-smoking property. We chose this hotel because my husband wanted to golf at the Prince Course and it was just a short drive there and also to Hanalei. Since this is a sister property of the St. Regis Resort, you can shuttle and drive there to use their facilities. It is worth it! The St. Regis is gorgeous, larger, and absolute luxury. If given the opportunity again though, I would still stay at the Westin instead of the St. Regis, just because it seemed a little more relaxing as not as pretentious there. One last thing... front desk did not tell my husband and I that our towel cards did not work at St. Regis. We showed up at the St. Regis and ended up not using pool or beach because we had no towels. They offered to have towels shuttled over, but we declined. Check out your own towel from Westin and bring it over to St. Regis.

“Grill”

Great to have a kitchen in your room and grills on the property. Drop in on the St. Regis beach and bar. But stay at the Westin.

“Pampered in Paradise”

Everyone in my family was very satisfied with the hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The grounds were magnificant, rooms were kept clean. The staff catered to our every wish and needs. We had our own villa that came equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. If you didn't want to eat out every night the villa had a small kitchen area with coffee maker, stove top, sink, microwave and full-size refridgerator. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, cups, glasses - you name it, it was there and all in "like new" condition AND a dishwasher as well. We also had our own washer and dryer. Housekeeping was awesome! They made sure we had everything we needed everyday and the villa was spotless. On the last night of our stay there was a power failure which involved the entire island. We only had minimal lighting in halls and stairways; when it got dark, it was totally black inside our room. Every room did have an emergency light plugged into the wall that we used. Luckily the outage only lasted a few hours. Of course, this was not the hotel's fault and staff did call our room to assure us that everything was being done to restore power. It was a very minimal inconvenience. We had a beautiful view overlooking the golf course and the ocean. We would go back to the Westin in Princeville again and again. I highly reccomend the Westin if you like to be pampered. We had a great vacation.

“A great north shore value!”

We upgraded our room from a studio to a one bedroom unit and were very pleased with the overall value. The room was comfortable and included nice furniture on the patio. My only complaint was the kitchen was somewhat lacking in utensils/pots for cooking a full meal. The staff was excellent.
