"Good Resort"
The resort was nice! I enjoyed the pool especially as well as the jacuzzi and the hotel beach was great as well! The room was nice albeit a bit small but that's fine we weren't in there that much anyways. The staff were pleasant enough although it depends on who get in the front desk as sometimes they could be a bit short never rude but not too friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here my only complaint is that they didn't have a king size bed for us even though we requested one and they didn't even make an effort to try and accommodate us with another room with us or to let us know if one came available. It didn't ruin my trip I would still recommend the resort it just was unfortunate.

We booked Room for three. When checked in, I found out that I only two bath towels. So I called front desk, they told me to pick up more towels from front desk. So I went, but they gave me a beach towel instead as there was no bath towel available, and they couldn't get one from housing keeping (it was roughly 7:30pm). The young girl at from desk was trying what she could, but the other older lady was rude. I left the front desk with a beach towel together with their promises that they would fix that the next day. When we backed from our day trip, all the same old. Again, I walked to front desk, ageing I was told the same old story by the same staff. They asked me to use the beach towel again for the night. I refused this time. Then magically, they were able to get "three" bath towels sent to my room.

"Modern boutique perfection!"
This hotel is in a great location with beautiful rooms and lobby. We visited Kauai in late May/early June and had amazing weather! There were always plenty of chairs available by the pool and it was quiet (no kids). The pool was small but we didn't need anything more... We also loved having free wifi and coffee in our room! We had a great stay!!!

"Great place, better Island."
Had a great time here, the place was very nice. The restaurant was closed when we were there, but it really didn't effect much. The staff and all of the workers around this place really made the trip so much nicer. We asked many questions on what to do and where to eat and everything in between. They were so nice and very willing to help on what you needed.
