terrible hotel,i already spoke with Expedia for this matter, as i did not stayed there, soon i entered the room it was very bad smell, damp on walls, blood stain on carpet very bad condition, i juat left the property cheack out straight away went out and found another good hotel with same price but million times better then this hotel. As from room i got some kind of virus that cauae me breathing, caugh problems. i request Expedia that please do not compromise your reputation as we trust you to book these properties and it is your responsibility to make sure that hotels are good enough to stay for people.

A very convenient hotel for weekend trip
Good price quaility ration. The main dissapointment is absence of curd pancakes for breakfast which used to be really great but were not provided any more.

It's an old place but it didn't bother us. Huge rooms. Really high ceilings. Staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable and clean beds. Good breakfast.

Good stay
Very good stay, location is great for visiting museums and town. Room in spacious and have balcony with view. Parking extra 6 euro per day. Housekeeper came in even key was in door at 9am, but check out is 11.

Nice Traditional Hotel
Nice traditional hotel right in the centre of Kaunas. Pleasant room and comfortable bed. Reception staff friendly and helpful. A very reasonable price too.

Book twice by mistake never been offered refund, reported that upgrade the room. Room very cold , noise until 0300 am , cleaning poor . The update room look worse that the room that I book. The picture don’t match the reality.

Disappointing
The hotel stay is very cheap, the hotel feels very outdated, the bed was very low and uncomfortable.. The check in and out process was quick. I won't return again.

Great location, but...
the main feature about this hotel is definitely the location, as it’s strategically placed in a key area in Kaunas. It’s very old style and it does have a lot of character. My only criticism would be that the walls aren’t sound proof and you continually hear guests coming in and coming out in the hall, most having full on conversations... if you don’t mind that, then this could be a good option

Family stay with 2 dogs.
Came driving straight into the parking lot. The parking lot is from some 1960 crime scene :) . The back entrance to the hotel was not marked and the door was open so I could no see any sign. They are renovating the front so I could not distinguish the entrance. After checking in the room was great and everything else was good . We where traveling when it was 30 degrees and there is of course now air conditioning so remember that :)

We were not made aware that the hotel is undergoing exterior renovations which resulted in zero view and workmen looking into the room from 8am onwards. impossible to sleep after 8am..Also no elevator is horrid! Especially when assigned an upper floor with no offer of assitance baggage.

Proportional expectation to cheap prices

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We had a good sleep. It is a bit hard to find when arriving by car. From the parking lot, which is enclosed by buildings there are no signs to hotel entrance except a small sign on backdoor. Actual entrance is around the block on pedestrian only area. Currently construction going on so windows could not open so airco was missed. But that is only temporarily :)

Overall ok. Parking in the back, could use some larger sign to find hotel entrance easier. If you get a room towards the pedestrian area, it could be noisy at night.

Nice hotel close to the university and city centre
It was nice to be close to bars, the university to Zalgirio Arena. However, the hotel was very old and even the renovated rooms were not that good. Sometimes the room was very cold during nights. The breakfast was fine. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms, affordable
Guarded parking, great spacious rooms, affordable and a wonderful atmosphere. Also there is a restaurant, but I chose to go to a great pizzeria just 30 meters away.

Back in time...
A historic building... ?Neo Classic with a touch of Soviet style .. The room had a most curious bathroom 'pod'. No lift or help available to get luggage upstairs. Breakfast a bit basic.

Nice hotel in Kaunas
The historic hotel is centrally located in a pedestrian area surrounded by shops, restaurants and co coffee shops in Kaunas,close to the main train station and the main shopping mall. The building is very old , full of character and charm of yesteryear but adequate preserved. The reception girls are very helpful.Wifi was free.Price per night was affordable. I recommend it for travelers .
