Convenient and comfortable

Posted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: Ease of access, breakfast buffet, room comfort, bathroom amenities, friendly and helpful staff.
Location: An easy and convenient place to stop about halfway across Nebraska. There's a branch of the University there with a good art museum.
Easy to find from the freeway. Because it only has two stories for 400+ rooms it is a sprawling complex. Once I found my room I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of it. WiFi was free and the breakfast buffet included everything from yogurt to omelettes.

Room keys

Posted Apr 5, 2015
Not one time during my stay did I not have to go all the way back down to the front desk to get my key working, I kept my key away from my wallet and phone and it made no deference . Hotel staff was pretty friendly, most positive part about experience was the hot breakfast! It was great

If you are looking for a lot of room

Posted Mar 21, 2015
The suites are a very good size for kids to run around in however the rooms are dirty and very outdated. The pool is dirty and the hotel has a strange smell. The manager and the omelette man were extremely nice and the best part of our stay.

not bad but...

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: cheap and good location, nothing more/less
room wasn't vacuumed, a bit gross as it made you wonder what else wasn't cleaned. Worst part of stay was the doors. There was nothing to slow them and combined with a girls' basketball tournament, hotel was beyond noisy with the slamming, door knocking, and screaming... Goes down to be mindful of what is going on

Breakfast chef makes it worth staying, hotel so-so

Posted Jan 23, 2015 on Hotels.com
Hotel is dated and it looks dirty (it might not be, but everything is so old and worn that it looks dirty). The restaurant in the hotel is not open for business, can't imagine why not. The room was okay, the bathroom was dingy, the bed was good. They put a sheet on top of the bed, which is nice since you can assume they launder it. The best part of the hotel is the chef at the breakfast room. He's super friendly and customer oriented. He's the only reason I would go there again. The owners need to do the right thing and put some money into the hotel to bring it up to the 1990's....

The room was a dump!

Posted Jan 18, 2015
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Cleaning and hiring a repair person!
Carpet torn up. Cabinet to refrigerator was broken. TV did not work properly with remote. Did not have a CLEAN feeling. Breakfast was great with a nice man making omelets if you wanted one for breakfast. Great breakfast selection.
