“I'm glad only for 1 night!”

Located closed to the night market, decent view, but noisy surroundings even on the top 11th floor, & poor outdated conditioning with very indifferent service from the staffs, there is nothing to be recommended. I walked out of breakfast & did not touch anything, it was really a joke. Although inexpensive, you still can find better place. Review is based on quality & value, you can not expect much for the rate, but it just falls below standard at every level. This is the worst hotel I have stayed after traveling around Taiwan for 3 weeks, staying at 10 hotels, which all wonderful except for this one.. Recommending to staying in Taipei, take a day trip to Keelung unless you have to. There are limited options in Keelung.
