Staff

Pros: I loved the beds and the great view of Mt. Monadnock! I also appreciated that there were some cable channels available and the bathtub wasn't small.
Cons: Make sure all the staff is more attentive. I felt like if I had an issue they wouldn't have been interested in helping. Would rather not go up stairs.
Location: Keene NH is an awesome place with lots of stores as well as natural and beautiful places to go with hiking and camping etc... Pedestrian safe!
The staff wasn't always approachable however they were for the most part friendly. The older gentleman in the morning for breakfast was a bit harsh and snippy. The AC wouldn't stay on so we all slept with the window open with the fan on high cool. The rooms were really clean however and the bathtub was a nice size. The beds were super comfortable which was nice and the scents in the hallways were pleasant.

Good basic hotel very helpful staff, wonderful breakfast! Home made oatmeal no pouches! Egg and cheese omelet plus waffles. The walls are thin and sound carries. Had a recliner in the room!

It was a very nice Hotel. It was in good location.

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: I liked everything about it.
Cons: There's always room for improvement at any hotel.
Location: There were shops and food places near by and did not have to drive to far for bigger places i.e. Walmart and others like that.
I had a very good time there and I would go back there at any time. And I would recommend this Hotel to any one who likes a nice clean friendly place to relax.

Relaxed Hotel in Keene

Posted Feb 18, 2014
Pros: The friendly services in the hotel were the bestm we enjoyed very much the calmness of the staff and they made us feel welcomed.
Cons: Well, looking over some of the bathrooms underneath didn't look finished. The plug in the bathtub was a slight hastle, but overall not too bad.
Location: Very convenient location because it was very close to Antioch University where we could be there in 5 minutes. Close enough for us to downtown Keene.
It was a very nice experience for our first time being in Keene. The manager was very friendly and we are very much dog lovers so we enjoyed the warm welcome of the managers dog. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience and my husband and I enjoyed ourselves.

This location is clean, the folks are friendly, and it is most convenient for shopping, dining, and catching a movie.

Forget sleep

Screaming children that the parents or hotel cared about. At all hours of the night. Why put kids on the 2nd floor anyway?
