There was no Elevator. Bathroom vent on the ceiling was full of dust. Bathroom wall had a pre-existing spill Splatter. Light fixtures and outlets and switches were coded with dust. Beds weren’t bad as far as comfort. We took the blankets off.

Asked for a wake up call but didn’t get it, water was not hot enough and internet kept dropping. Is convenient to where I wanted to go so I’ll probably return in the fall and hooe things have i proved.

The person who checked us in was difficult to understand. The room was clean and comfortable, but not plush. The complimentary breakfast was good, and fairly well stocked. What I did not like was that the main entrance was not obvious and hard to find, we drove around the building a couple times before we found it.

I’d recommend paying the $20 more for the Marriot. Foreign owned with less than helpful staff. Unclean, bad breakfast and little respect shown for guests.

This entire experience was a nightmare. The lobby smelled so bad. I was told my room was newly renovated and it absolutely was not. Mold all over the bathroom. The bathroom ceiling was cracked and patched up from previous leaks. I did not get hot water the entire time of my stay. The weather was 20 degrees the entire time. The manager was not around to receive my complaints or dissatisfaction with the property. Manager has not returned phone calls and has been unaccountable. Staff was not kind and didn't even say hello back on multiple occasions. All other hotels were sold out in the area so I didn't have much choice where I could stay.

We arrived and they would t let us stay with our dog there was. I discussion just no because the dog rooms were full then Expedia didn’t have a human answer and the choices didn’t register so I called over and over and got no where. We ended up booking another hotel we would like a refund!!

Their website says pet friendly. However, when we got there to check in, we were turned away because they said they do not accept cats. If that is the case then they should advertise as Dog friendly only. We drove all the way from West Virginia to Keene NH and had no place to stay for the holiday.

The 2nd night of my stay all the towels from the previous night were taken away and No new towels were provided. The heating unit in the room was defective. NO hot air came from the vents no matter what temperature was selected up to 90 degrees!! The room was uncomfortably cold and I had to sleep in my clothes underneath the blankets. Entirely UNACCEPTABLE level of service!!

There were people sitting on curb outside entrance smoking, coughing and talking to self, in need of help and a bath. Not very inviting when you pull into parking lot. No coffee or juice available at breakfast area. Management allowing a man mumbling with no shirt or shoes on touching food, starring at people and hanging out in breakfast area. People shouting profanities outside windows after midnight. Hallways were dirty and in need of a vacuum. I was not comfortable leaving my car doors unlocked, just going in to register. Been coming here for many years, we have family in the area - we will not go to this motel again.

A dog barked for 15 min Older People ran in halls laughing making lots of noises and trying to get into rooms at 3 am. Had zero sleep but tons of anxiety and the management answer was we tried to locate the owner of the dogs and you should have called us . the funny part is no numbers or anything on the phone i took a picture too because i thought it funny that my dad always said... dial 0 and someone will answer.. floors were all staines and hair in the bathroom. rust all in the tubs and for what i aid this was a JOKE

Easy to find. Other amenities available close by. Close to downtown. "Breakfast included is a joke. The eating area seating is wall bar and bar stools IN THE LOBBY. Food service is a halfway of the lobby. I expect there is no bacon or sausage, too. Hallway carpet at room door stinks of mold and mildew. Also the carpet in the room stinks, only slightly less so.

I may as well have slept in my car. This was my worst stay short of my bunker in Viet Mam. Breakfast with no coffee!!! Room coffee maker did not work Refrigerator did not work.That is just a start. Obviously, I will avoid Days Inn in the future.

Roaches!
The overwhelming smell of air fresheners is what first turned me off. The mattress covers were very stained, mold in the bathroom, broken lampshades. Very run down. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but the icing on the cake was when I woke up at 6 am and felt something on my face. I turned the light on and it was a cockroach! The staff was not phased and didn’t even apologize. DO NOT STAY HERE.
