Fab-u-lousPosted Sep 18, 2013
We booked this hotel as a last minute impulse. Our stay was wonderful I cannot fault the staff, who attended to all our needs with a smile, they genuinely looked as though they were enjoying themselves. Superb pool, wonderful views, comfortable and immaculate room. Evening buffet became a bit samey over the week but not a problem. Thoroughly recommended.

A very relaxing and welcoming resort. Staff very friendly and helpful. Main restaraunt food is Buffet style so shouldn't expect 5* cuisine.

Excellent family hotelPosted Jul 28, 2013
Pros: Chad the animation guy
Cons: Invisible management
Food could have been less bland, management more visible and reception staff more understanding however it is in a beautiful setting with wonderful sea views. The pool is superb and it and the hotel never felt busy. Bar and restaurant staff were excellent as was the entertainment staff who were the heart of our children's holiday. We felt relaxed and were overall very happy with our stay. Chad is the 'animation team' and gave our 3 and 6 year old lots of attention in the pool, in the play park and during afternoon art lessons. He also entertained us one night with a spectacular fire juggling show. Chad also did morning stretch with meditation with my husband and I every morning - really was the soul of our stay and is an absolute asset to the hotel. Don't take children unless Chad is there - check first!

Very nice Hotel in KefaloniaPosted Jul 12, 2013
The Manager and Staff were very nice and attentive to our needs. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The hotel is on a mountain side some up hill walking involved. Big pool and a platform to jump in the sea (no sandy beach). Some rooms have there own pools like ours very convenient. The work-out room also was nice. I suggest renting a car to get around to the beaches and towns. Nightly Entertainment was good. A very enjoyable stay.

Good hotel for families, not really for couplePosted Jun 30, 2013
Pros: Beach and breakfast
Cons: Dinner, pool games, loud music etc from the pool past midnight
Location: Out of town so car recommended
Sea view standard room is good with little fridge and balcony. Breakfast is great but dinner is not good, fatty foods , lots of sauces , not great quality. Pool is very busy and loud with children and pool games. Beach is great and quite though. Night entertainment was nice but stays loud until very late, one night until 3am?! So not great and relaxing if you want to sleep. Private farewell party at the pool one night which lasted past 1am with live music too. Probably wont recommend it to my friends who are couples or want a relaxing stay without noise.

Great for everyonePosted Jun 30, 2013
Pros: The staff were lovely. The massages were definitely worth while doing. Yoga and stretching exercises with aqua aerobics was brilliant!!!
Location: Good location. With organisation you can still make the most of kefalonia
The staff were friendly and accommodating!! The food was fantastic. The location was beautiful. The beach was small but still worth going down and having a little dip.

perfect escape from daily lifePosted Jun 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
if u would like to enjoy the quiet and relaxing resort, this is the perfect location. beautiful pool, modern interior, 5minitues drive from Scala.one clerk, kinda bell boy was terrible, unfriendly and arrogant without considering his position. However almost all of the staff was very kind and friendly. As for food, it can not be 5 star. OK but I did not have some dinner even though it was included in my plan.
