Nice big room but old and dated. Shower hook broken & toilet flush came off in my hand beds average. Breakfast nice . Had problems on checking out as owners wanted us to pay twice and then pay double for breakfast. We'd payed in advance and took an argument before it was admitted we had payed.( I had email confirmation)

Nice little getaway
Wonderful little town 10mins away from France. Peaceful enjoyed my stay very much.

Nothing nice about the place
No bar! No restaurant! Both closed at time of stay! Towels like sandpaper! Toilet paper at a premium! Basic breakfast! No carpets in rooms or corridors, so you could clumping of feet!!

Super nettes Personal. Das Hotel ist sauber und liegt am Fluss entlang und sehr central in Kehl in einer schöne und ruhige Lage. Ich bin zum 3. Mal hier und mag das Hotel sehr!

Das Hotel ist direkt in der Stadt gelegen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert und sehr schön. Am Frühstücksbuffet haben wir nichts vermisst. Wir kommen gerne wieder

ein schlichtes Hotelzimmer, bestens geeignet für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. In der Nähe gab es Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen, zu trinken oder spazieren zu gehen. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf eine Hauswand war etwas trist, aber für eine Übernachtung völlig okay.

Mauvais accueil
Mauvais accueil des nôtre arrivée car nous sommes arrivés après l’heure du check out suite à des soucis sur la route. Pommeau de douche qui ne fonctionnait pas, pas d’ascenseur. Seul point positif: on peut garer la voiture dans leur ruelle, ce qui évite de payer un parking.

With all my respect, my experience is that young people want all and get disappointed when they don´t get. if guests arrive 4 hours after closing of the reception without to inform before, except to inform friendly, I can not roll the red carpet as well. Maybe next time I´ll do it, cause like this after the douche will work well. So I reject the word: "Mauvais". Thank you.

Überteuertes Hotel
Das Hotel war für über 80 € die Nacht nicht gerade günstig. Dafür habe ich ein stark renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer bekommen bei dem die Hygiene auch nicht so genau genommen wurde. Ein extrem kleines Waschbecken, ein Klatsch nasses Handtuch in der Dusche und kein Kleiderschrank (zumindest nichts was man so nennen könnte) taten ihr übriges. Das einzig positive waren die doch sehr netten Besitzer und das Hotel eigene Restaurant. Das zumindest von außen betrachtet sehr nett aussah. (habe es leider nicht getestet). Alles in allem mein erster und letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und definitiv nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Lage hin zum Rosengarten ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist sehr, sehr einfach gewesen, und im Bad habe ich vergeblich nach einem Dunstabzug geschaut. Der Chef wiederum ist sehr freundlich. Die Frühstückswurst hat geklebt. Ansonsten Frühstück in Ordnung, wenn man mit normaler Kuhmilch zum Kaffee zufrieden ist.

Der Hotelbezitzer und Restourant personal sehr nett und kochen gut. Aber der Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig! Das mobel ist teiweise kaput,Duschvorhang alt und kurz,ganze wasser bleibt am Boden.

Alternative aux hotels complets sur Strasbourg!
Tous les hotels sur Strasbourg étaient complet à cause du marché de noël, du coup j'ai trouvé cette hotel à proximité de la ligne D du tram (400 mètres environs de Kehl Rathaus, le terminus). L'hôtel est propre, mais ancien et mériterait bien d'être rénové. Petit-déjeuner typique Allemand (pas de viennoiseries!). Très peu de chaine TV française (juste TV5 Monde et TF1). Isolation phonique de ma chambre très faible!

Sehr freundlicher Inhaber, gibt sehr gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, das Zimmer ist sehr spartanisch aber sauber, kleines Bad, keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und an der Bahn nach Straßburg. Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. Für den Preis ist das Hotel in Ordnung, W Lan hat gut funktioniert

Leider hat meine Buchung zu abendlicher Stunde nicht mehr recht geklappt (trotz Bestätigungs-Email von hotels.com). Der Geschäftsführer hat aber sehr flexibel und kulant reagiert und konnte mir eine Alternative empfehlen, was dann funktioniert hat. Vielen Dank!
