Never stay at this property!!!
Your hotel staff was very rude, when we checked in we noticed the shower hose was broke, my husband reported to the front desk, they said they would send a repair man, I called two hours later, then I was told his colleague, told my husband it would be the next day and argued with me as if we were lying, then I was told to go to another guest in the hotel to use their shower. Cobb webs all over wall, had and issue getting towels and toilet paper. I’m not sure how many guest they serve, but only have 1 iron on the property, I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, the shower size is like a 2x2 size, very uncomfortable.

Charming little hotel with super friendly staff

Nice hotel outside Bamberg
We looked for a last minute hotel in Bamberg after driving through there after a longer stay than expected but found the lodgings too expensive. It was only a 5-10 minute drive Bamberg and a lot cheaper.

Das Einchecken über einen Türcode war gut erklärt und einfach. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber durchdacht, es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle. Bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man die Autobahn. Dafür ist sie schnell erreichbar. Schwierig für mich, weil es nicht transparent war, eine Rechnung habe ich beim Auschecken nicht erhalten, da die Option " später zahlen" nicht anwählbar war. Die Dame am Service ließ auch nicht mit sich reden. Bei Buchungen über Expedia werden keine Rechnungen ausgestellt. Mein Pech

Ablauf Check-in sehr schlecht
Bei Ankunft nachmittags war das Hotel geschlossen ind wir hingen ewig in der Warteschleife einer Hotline ( ganz toll, wenn man kaum noch Akku hat...). Man könnte den benötigten Code auch im Vorfeld dem Gast einfach mitteilen. Das wäre wenigstens Service. Zimmer sehr klein, Kopfkissen unbequem. Frühstück ok.

Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung. Frühstück war gut und bis zum Schluss ausreichend verfügbar. Allerdings war unser Zimmer nachts sehr laut. Undefinierbare, sich immer wiederholende Geräusche, die uns schlecht einschlafen ließen. Deshalb nur drei Punkte.

Wir sind mit Fahrrädern angereist, hatten dies auch vorher angemeldet, leider aber keine Information zur Unterstellmöglichkeit erhalten. Dann bekamen wir einen Schließcode für den Fahrradraum, der aber momentan als Frühstücksraum genutzt wird, da der eigentliche Frühstücksraum wegen eines Wasserschadens außer Betrieb ist. Leider erhielten wir keine Information über eine alternative Unterstellmöglichkeit, und da abends die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist, war die Kommunikation sehr mangelhaft, der angerufene Kontakt kannte nicht einmal die Örtlichkeiten. Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Zimmer und dem Frühstück sehr zufrieden.
