Booked a 2nd floor room. They gave me a 1st floor. Desk attendant said 2nd floor was the bottom floor. ???!!!! Hotel had 4 cars on my side and she said No 2nd floor rooms available. Not helpful and would not fix their error and wouldnt compensate me. Trim falling off around door, bathroom door comoletely bent and top portion of hallow door would not fit/close. Cold air poured in through windowsills and outside door frame. Not a 8.2 rating Expedia. Sorry.

Older property but check in fast. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good for a continental free breakfast. I would stay again !

Temperature settings in room are unclear how to work Mattresses, towel need replacing After getting there we had dinner and then returned to find out the guest laundry closes at 8pm just as i walked in The laundry is also advertised as a public laundry

Property provided bare minimum necessities. Way overpriced and the poorest hotel of our entire 3 week trip. Did not give any service to room over our 3 day stay. Didn’t even bring new towels. Did provide a breakfast that was mediocre depending on which attendant you got that morning. Stay somewhere else if can find better.

Close to recreation. Very clean & well maintained. Both fridge and microwave in room. Sorry was out of milk at breakfast & sausages undercooked. Probably a rare event. I’d stay there again.

I have stayed here many times. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room this time especially, the remote was visibly sticky, items were still in the freezer/fridge, crumbs in the drawers, and rings on the bedside table.

To start the people were nice but I couldin the behind the front desk is an addict there is multiple traffic coming to and from around laundry area clearly indicating drug trafficking completely unsafe the second night of my stay there was no heat from like 9:00 to 6:00 in the morning but they were very rude when I stated it t they also have not went to issue my deposit back even though we have made sure that the room was fine because they were mad

This was a great place to stay in Soldotna! My wife and I were down there on business and found the staff very friendly, the room clean and ready when we arrived, and the breakfast very nice!
