Great stay! Has been remodeled
I was pleasantly surprised when i first walked in. The hotel has been updated and the photos posted are of the older interior. I wasn't able to take photos to show the lobby with the updated interior and furniture. They also have a small shop with food and drinks avaliable for purchase. The beds were comfortable, staff was helpful!

We stayed two nights and they didn’t add towels or make the bed because of the every other day policy… So I had asked for towels I didn’t like that, and I had to make the bed myself to refresh room. Location was great being close to shopping on fourth Street, but not close to the marina, where you got on the tour boats but other than that it was very convenient small town.

Liked the location- away from hustle and bustle but still near restaurants and the bay (there’s a park across the street with amazing bay views!). The aquarium is also across the street. Property was clean, service was fine.

The check in process was very slow and took a long time! The hotel was nice and most areas were very clean. We booked a room late and our options were limited. We had a double regular bed room and it was apparently not used often. All the dirty linen carts were parked outside of our room.

I would figure for `$323 a night you would at least get a window, a shower that didn't point at a wall and more than just a few tv channels. Guarantee I'll be looking for a better value while staying in Seward.

You booked an interior room with no windows and was listed as such. Because we are remote we have opened a ticket with our cable provider and can only wait while they make the two hour drive to our location.

This is probably on of the best choices when the best choices are already taken. I’ve stayed in worse for sure but not by choice. They are attempting to put lip stick on a farm animal. There’s only so much you can do with an old property.

The rooms don't have air conditioning so needed to have the balcony door open which had traffic noise coming in. The room did have a fan, however the speed switch knob was missing. Did not provide but 1 tiny soap for the 3 days we stayed. Also breakfast was extra. Very disappointed for the cost of the room. Would not stay there again.

Parking was great if you could find a place on the street. Never did figure out where the "grass lot" parking was located. Room was very small for 3 people. Nice enough stay for one night though. Thanks.

I would have preferred Hotel 360 but booked too late. This is not a great place but adequate given we were here to explore and hike around Seward which was great. Given you're paying for the Seward location, its not a great value for what you're getting.
