Pros: Have HBO Staff's restaurant recommendation
Cons: Noise isloation
Not a fancy hotel, but it has everything you need. Staffs are nice. Room noise isolation can be a bit better. Not a far drive from the National Park

great view of harbor

Posted Jun 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel was clean, a little old although they told us we were in the new section. It had great view of the Seward Harbor and had a stop for the free shuttle bus outside. We had a problem with the hot water, there wasn't any, and they fixed it the same day. Staff was friendly and courteous. There were no amenities other than WIFI and free HBO, coffee pot in room and fridge. No Microwave. The room was clean although and average. We wouldn't stay there again as we found other places we liked better during our stay.

Nice hotel in Seward Alaska

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Location: Several restaurants nearby. Safeway Grocery store is within 5 minutes walk. A 24-hour gas station with plenty of food is spitting distance away.
We were taking a cruise leaving from Seward, Alaska. The Breeze Inn housed us the night before departure on the cruise ship. The hotel allowed 4 people for the same rate as 2. From preliminary glances, it looks like the newest, most updated hotel in Seward (it's a small town). There may be nicer Bed & Breakfast and boutique hotels, but for a "chain-style" hotel/motel this one was really nice. Price was decent, the staff was nice, the place was secure, and the room was clean. If you want a 5 star resort this isn't the place. If you want a nice, safe, high quality hotel this is it.

If you are thinking about staying here don't. It is a dump, pictures are misleading.

Great Harbor Location

Posted May 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
Staff was particularly helpful in a room request. Staff was very cheerful with a friendly greeting whenever I passed by the desk. Location of the hotel is convenient (across the street) from Seward Harbor locations and a short walk along the waterfront to the Sealife Center and downtown venues. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable.

Pay the extra $ to stay somewhere nice

Posted May 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
The quality of this motel is equivalent to a Motel 6, but for double the price. Granted, Seward is not a big town so the options are limited, but if you're on a nice Alaskan vacation stay somewhere nicer.

New vs old

The new renovation is excellent but the old one ( back of the new) is only ok.
