Great price. Breathtaking view of the boat harbor from the room. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Very comfortable mattresses.

“Completely Satisfactory”

Our one-night stay at the Breeze Inn was completely satisfactory. Although ours was a party of three, the bath had only two sets of linens, but the office cheerfully supplied a third set. They even gave us a complimentary mug as a welcome gift. The hotel is located conveniently close to the excursion company at which we took a tour the next day, and also close to the port from which we later embarked on a cruise.

Super uber friendly staff ! I would recommend new mattress pads but that is about it. The staff was just wonderful and they felt like friends by the time we left.

“Great stay in the Great Land.”

We were greeted warmly upon arrival at the hotel by a very friendly employee. The lobby was very impressive, decorated in a rustic motif complete with a mounted black bear. Our room (on the third floor, no elevator) was newly redecorated, clean and comfortable. We had a view of the boat harbor from the front, and Mt. Marathon from the rear. Hotel cleaning staff always greeted us and asked if we needed anything. The attached cafe was good with a decent menu and good sized portions. Quibbles? Only two minor issues, the shower water took a while to warm, but it did heat up after letting water run. Also, the toilet took a long time to refill the tank. Sink water pressure was adequate. Overall a very pleasant stay.

“5star value for Seward compared to others”

For the price it is a 5star value in seward. There are some places a little nicer but they are 2-3x the price. The motel is rather new and updated. Beds, bedspreads decor in rooms...dated but they work well.

“the right price”

overall my experience was decent. it is a very nice location in the harbor. the front desk people were very friendly and helpful. my main issue was the internet connection--it was very touch and go. this is the same with the bar/restarant which posts it has high speed internet. i was never able to make a connection.

“Basic, clean, and relatively cheap hotel with great location.”

Needed a place to stay for one night in Seward after our Kenai Fjords tour. This place was perfect for that and was by far the cheapest place I was able to find. It is right accross from the harbor, so the location was great for my needs. It was a clean and quiet place to lay my head for one night. Considering what other hotels in Seward were charging, I am suprised that this place doesn't charge more. I have no reservations recommending this hotel to someone who is looking for a basic hotel that is clean to stay in.
