We're also pleased that our staff was friendly and accommodating, and that you received the additional firm pillows upon request.We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the proximity of your suite to the highway, resulting in traffic noise. We understand how this could have affected your overall comfort during your stay. Additionally, we apologize for the lack of assistance with your heavy suitcases. As a smaller business, we often need to divide our attention among different properties. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If someone was on site they would have offered to help or better arrangements could have been made to make sure we had someone on site to assist. Regarding the cooking facilities, we acknowledge that they are limited to an outdoor grill with a side burner, a microwave, and a skillet and sauce pot. We're glad to hear that you were still able to prepare a meal with the fresh halibut you caught.
