“Hotel is fine”

Nothing fancy but a fine place to stay. The map on Expedia to the hotel is wrong.

“Older hotel”

The Kennesaw, GA Days Inn is an older hotel that, although reasonably well maintained, is in need of upgrade/refurbishment. Fixtures and physical condition show the hotel's age.

The location was perfect and for the price I would stay again.

“Not bad for the price.”

The room was very clean, brand-new (albeit a little uncomfortable) mattresses and very clean bathroom. The air conditioner didn't work very well. The hot tub has no heat or bubbles - it's essentially a kiddie pool. The staff at the desk was very polite and helpful, and there was a computer and printer in the lobby I was able to use to go online and print out my boarding passes. The only food delivery available was pizza, and the soda/candy machines were empty. But at the end of the day, it was clean and reasonably priced. Not bad.

“Down the hill from Interstate 75”

Go down the hill to get onto Interstate 75 - 1/2 hr to get into Atlanta (non-commuting times). Across from all kinds of stores and shopping mall. On the same hill as US Play (fun for kids and adults), 2 restaurants, Borders, Costco and a gas station. We've stayed here several times, esp when we could go for free with points. It still is much lower priced than other hotels in the area. The lobby is very nice. The included brkst is fine (no waffles, tho), in a nice room. Check-in is fast. The hotel itself is ok - some of the rooms seem better kept-up than others. Most times our rooms have been fine (incl this past time).

“Not great”

We had some plumbing problems from the very start. The breakfast area was very small and the guests had to climb over each other to get to the food and then back to the tables. It was hard to determine just by looking to which hotel the swimming pool belonged. The room did seem clean, and the hotel location was good.

“OK place w/ great location near ATL”

Very small place. Interstate 75 is literally at the bottom of the hill - downtown ATL only 35-50 minutes in non-rush hr traffic. Great when my son is "swinging by" to pick us up to go to a Braves, Falcons or Hawks game. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Nice little refrig, microwave & coffeemaker in room. BUT- whole place kinda old/dark/dingy looking. Breakfast room and little lobby are nice, breakfast is minimal. Check-in lady has no personality. We know the area, but if you don't...??? Prev we could get free w/ low # of pts used. The place was fine for our needs, but there are plenty of other places to stay in Kennesaw.

“Fits the Budget”

Though it wasn't my first choice I figured since I couldn't stay where I wanted I would save some $$$ and stay here. Considering all things I can't complain. I saved the $$$ and had an ok stay. Have to admit that I was impressed with their continental breakfast too. For the money and a short stay you can't go wrong.

“OK in Kennesaw”

Kennesaw is a busy suburb of Atlanta and the motel is located adjacent to, but set back from, a very busy highway. We didn't find the hotel easily and were very grateful for our Tom Tom. Once located there is food and fuel nearby. The hotel is a little tired even though it gives the first appearance of being quite new but it was clean and was essentially similar to all the other brand hotels. We were comfortable there. It was close to the Kennesaw Mountain Civil War Battlefield which we had come to see so it was really well placed for us. My impression of the staff was that they were there to do a job but that didn't need to include being polite or helpful. I had the impression there was no manager present on site and that reflected the reception we were given. Having said that we had a room and a key and were able to ignore the offhand attitude of the staff. If I was going back to the area I would stay there again because of convenience and because I now know where it is.
