Friendly Staff, exceptional breakfastPosted Apr 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Our suite was very roomy and functional. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The big standout was how good their breakfast was. We stay at a lot of suites that offer a breakfast but this property had the best selection and presentation we have ever come across. Would stay at this property again for sure.

Excellent hotel experience.Posted Apr 6, 2014
The location of this hotel appeared to be of the beaten path but conveniently off the expressway. Quiet and very clean. Near several restaurants within walking distance. Staff was great. I would definitely stay again.

Will not stY againPosted Mar 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
Parking was an issue for a trailer and pickup. They said there was nothi g they could do so we had to figure out what to do. Also had no change for their washer and dryer. Was told to go next door to other hotel to get change. Dryer was not working right Nd did not dry my clothes. Something sticky on counter and floor of room (juice). Can assume that the room was not properly cleaned.

Thank you for taking the time to tell of your experiences at our hotel. I do apologize that we were unable to accommodate your need to park a trailer in our lot. Typically, when we learn of such a request in advance, we are able to block sufficient spaces for our guest. I regret that you found the cleanliness of your suite unacceptable. We share all guest comments with our associates; I will definitely share yours, as a reminder to our associates that the most significant feedback we get is from our guests. Also, we can utilize your comments as a training tool, to coach our associates to higher levels of cleanliness. Thank you for your helpful comments and for being our guest.

convenient to family.Posted Dec 6, 2013
Pros: The room arrangement is really nice with the kitchen completely separate from the bedroom area.
Cons: $100 for one dog for one night is ridiculous !

I'm happy you found our hotel's space convenient for your family. Thank you also for raising the issue of our pet cleaning fee. Yes, we do assess a non-refundable, $100 fee to very guest who brings a pet into our hotel. This fee does not cover the costs of housing a pet. When the guest with a pet checks out, we hire an outside service to come to our hotel. They thoroughly clean the carpet, draperies and upholstery and treat the entire room to remove any possible evidence that an animal was once there. We also place the room out of service for at least a day, until our contractor can perform this service. Not only do we incur the cost of this cleaning, we also lose revenue by placing the room out of service. We do have a listing of kennels that board pets nearby, which are less expensive than our fee. Our aim is to make the room as pet-free and clean for the next guest as it was for you. Thank you again for your helpful comments. I do hope you will keep us in mind , should your travel plans call for a return visit to our area.

Very nice, affordable hotelPosted Sep 8, 2013
Pros: Very friendly staff, nice room, and an excellent, hot breakfast was included.
Cons: Could use a DVD player or pay-per-view channels in order to watch movies. There was only one or two HBO channels and then the usual cable channels.
Location: Only 20 minutes from Atlanta.
Affordable suite with queen size bed, clean, with a kitchenette and full-size fridge. Hot breakfast in morning included. Pool.
