“great for us”
This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. We were near the interstate and right across the street from Kennesaw State (which is where our event was held). We had several choices for dining, and the hotel offered a hot breakfast. If we need to visit KSU again, this will be our hotel.
“Not pleased with our stay”
My wife and I checked in late. Upon arrival, we found that not only the loading/unloading area is essentially blocked off with rude & obstinate people and their vehicles. Some vehicles were double-parked and many parked in areas that aren't meant for parking at all. After being unable to pull under the covered loading/unloading area I had to run through the rain to check in. I discussed the fact that we're unable to find a single parking space and many cars are obstructing normal flow of traffic. The front desk person made no attempt to fix the problem telling me to park in handicapped parking and the manager, after slowly looking outside at the trucks and cars blocking the area, turned around and went back to his desk behind the counter without asking the other patrons to move their vehicles. I know this because the entire lobby was full of children & their parents pushing each other around on rolling chairs, playing in the aisles and the elevators. One would have thought I was trying to check into the Chuck e Cheese hotel. After driving around for another 10 minutes, I finally found a spot. The front loading/unloading area as well as the lobby, full of smokers and foul language and the lack of response to our complaints fully solidified my displeasure with the remainder of our stay. I live in this area and know there are many hotels to choose from and while my family is temporarily relocated & we make return trips, I'll absolutely book elsewhere.

What a nice experience. Of course everything was great. The hotel had been opened only 3 days so everyone was excited about all of the hotels features. And rightfully so. I would recommend.
“Comfortable hotel north of Atlanta”
Spring Hill suites in Kennesaw,Ga is a good choice to stay in the North Atlanta area. Rooms are clean and well organized. Staff was helpfull, but could possible use more training on internet booking policies and check in. Otherwise this hotel gets you away from the grind of Atlanta and the area has plenty of good places to dine. My family's stay was very relaxing.
