“It was ok”

The room was clean when I arrived. No maid service for the time i stayed. Had to make my own bed, while on vacation. If you have no transportation nothing to do. Comes equipped with a kitchen, no cleaning supplies for the kitchen.

“Good place to stay”

I had a pretty good stay at this hotel. This is not the first time that I've stayed here. The staff is always friendly. My only dislikes-my room had a stench and they have downgraded on the cable. You are no longer able to get as many television stations as you once could. Upside, you have access to an oven, fitness, and laundry facilities. It was also pretty quiet. I would stay there again.

“Very Nice Staff”

The guy who worked the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. It has been a long time since I stayed in a hotel where the desk clerks were actually friendly and helpful. He took the time to help us locate the places in the area where we needed to be for work the next morning. The room was large and clean. The only complaint I would have is that the bed was not very comfortable.

“Perfect for our family”

We had plenty of room for our family of six in the double room with sleeper sofa. The kitchen helped us save on restaurant bills and had plenty of dishes. WiFi was perfect. The bath towels were real thin and hard to get, but we'd brought some from home, so no problem. We would stay here again.

“not impressed”

the room smelled stale and smokey, it was supposed to be non-smoking. It was ok and i have stayed in better hotels

“Great location, for the money, it could be better.”

Employees are less than excited to help you. Smells like Indian food in the hallways. Strong Indian food. Great location. Would be nice if the front desk was actually a front desk.

“everything old”

All equipment like kitchen, TV, shower are so old and not maintenanced very well. Need to pay $5 for internet access but wi-fi is so unstable depend on rooms. No house keeping even toilet paper was used up.

“I will not go back to that hotel”

Super Plus Hotel is not hotel where you and your family can enjoy your stay. They don;t have any internet for the children to use.
