Pros: Staff was courteous.
Cons: The rooms
First of all when I arrived my room that I was sent to was not cleaned, bed not made, towels on floor receipts everywhere. The back up room, had an odor, had an old look to it, not a modern feel. Will not recommend.

Location is the best selling point. Very close to everything (shopping, movies, restaurants). Hotel Ok at best. Ice machines broken on 2 floors, mediocre breakfast buffet, small pool area and was closed 1 day because someone got sick in the pool. Room wasn't ready at 3:00 check in either. Once again, great location, ok hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was OK.
Location: The hotel was very confusing to get to, but there were quite a few shops and restaurants close by.
I stayed for 3 nights. First, I didn't know I would have to pay a $25 deposit, when the room was already paid for. The adjoining rooms/guests were very noisy. The room smelled of mold. I didn't have enough light bulbs in the lamps, so the room was dark at times. Housekeeping never seemed to provide enough towels, toilet paper.....I would never stay at another Wyndam by Wingate ever again!

Well didnt start out very good. At check in they had no rooms for us due to plumbing issues, even thought I booked and paid a month prior. Took them a while to find us another hotel to stay at for 2 days, on them of course, until we could come back. Then after a few days the a/c unit from the fl above started leaking down to our rm.

Pros: Cleanliness and staff. Comfortable bed, pillows, however, are badly in need of an upgrade (stuffed with plastic batting and lumpy).
Cons: I am sure there are pool services in Atlanta area... hire one. Don't advertise what you don't have. Replace used coffee packets, Had to ask for more,
Location: Barret Parkway is full of facilities, restaurants, shops etc. however the traffic is fierce and ruthless. Luckily I had lived in the area before,
We had a four night stay here during the activities at nearby Kennesaw Mtn NBP. The room was clean and neat, staff efficient and polite. The advertised facilities were less than satisfactory. The pool was closed the whole time we were there we were told, due to a faulty filter. They advertise a whirlpool, there was none, greatly disappointing my wife, who had looked forward to some relaxation time in one. Better signage. Took two tries and finally had to ask at a local restaurant where this place was. They simply told us "Turn by the BP station.

Its no like I stayed all night in the bathroom, but it will come the minute to go there, and needs to be a good experience. A clean bathroom is a must.

Pros: The room was large and very comfortable. The free breakfast bar beat most others that offer this service. The shower had water pressure.
Cons: The pillows!
Location: This place is hard to find the first time you visit, but is n an excellent location.
If I had to nit pick, he is what I would say. 1. Difficult to find the first time here. 2. Key card kept losing its code for our room. 3. The pillows were horrible.

We are really sorry for the esxperience you i had at our hotel. The key cardlare magnetic key cards and they loose code if it place with phone or if it is out in sun. I am really sorry about pillows. We had pillows that are required by the brand but we will definately look into it. Again I am really sorry
