"Excellent location and value for money"
Told rooms were small but found room big enough for two of us and suitable for purpose very comfy with air con, WiFi etc and serviced daily. Staff very friendly and helpful, continental breakfast excellent and when busy there is an extra room to eat in. We were also able to leave our baggage after checking out which was locked away and we picked it up at about 6 pm. Would recommend to anyone for price and great location. There is a set of stairs to go up to reception but a lift available from there and staff helped with bags.

"Compact but cozy"
For London and a small hotel this is good value for money. We had a quiet twin room on the back side which had up-to date working amenities including air conditioning. Location is excellent particularly for Heathrow Arrivals. Easy to connect by the tube to Earls Court with a very short walk from the station to the hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Small elevator so no hauling bags up tiny stairs. Earls court station connects to all major destinations in London and the high street has lots of services. I'd stay again for sure.

"Gem of a hotel close to the tube and much more!"
This hotel is in a great location close to High St Kensington station, bus stop, shopping, restaurants and parks. I stayed in a beautiful double room on the 4th floor with many windows and a large bathroom. It was very spacious and impressively quite for the location. I would definitely stay here again. A 3 minute walk to the tube is wonderful. The only downside is only stairs to the first floor to reach the lift. I also found the single rooms to be extremely small so I recommend the double. The staff was very professional and accommodating. There is also a great little place to eat next door, The Giraffe.
