Adil was extremely helpful, he got our bags, arrange transportation and assisted with checkout.. had us squared away in less than 10 minutes! Excellent customer service! Will definitely return in the winter.

It was my first time staying with holiday inn and I was very happy with everything. The only thing I would say is the bathroom was a bit too small. The breakfast was amazing.

Standard room was small and cramped. Bed comfortable but duvet too small for size of bed. No water in room . Swimming pool changing rooms were brig updated but poor nicely warm and cones without extra charge to guests. Overall okay for two or three nights as very convenient. Did not eat there so cannot comment on food but it didn’t look that good.

We stayed at this Mar. 25 - 29, 2024. Checking in was quick and the front desk staff that checked us in were friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean with no usb plugs so bring a converter. A big negative is that our room was only cleaned once and even then the dirty coffee cups and spoon were left on the counter. Really unacceptable for the price that you are paying. Facilities at the hotel were good. The hotel is in a great area close to transportation, restaurants and shopping.

Its lucky me and my dad aren't big as the bathroom was ridiculously small. Breakfast was ok, but I'm not convinced the scrambled eggs were made with real eggs, maybe powdered, they tasted of nothing.

We loved our 5 night stay at this wonderful Holiday Inn. The employees were over the top helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the best; my husband ate his full English everyday and said it was the best sausage ever. I loved the variety from just about all food groups. The restaurant was large, clean, the food warm and many choices of coffees and teas. It was a great value. We ate dinner twice in the bar restaurant; delicious food, great prices. And service was superb. We stayed in a premium king room with shower. We have been traveling for 3 months and had 4 suitcases and backpacks, briefcase. There was a area in the room to store those out of the way. The room had a frig which was great for keeping water and leftovers cold. The area could not have been better. A short walk away is the High Street station and bus stops. We were surrounded by food and shops. The hotel had a huge indoor pool and spa but we were so busy and tired we did not use it. It was quiet, the beds were very comfortable. We will surely stay there again.

The location of the hotel is excellent - prime for central London. The hotel is ok for value, but we had a bad experience with the overall service and the quality of food is poor too.

A short walk to the Tube. Room very nice, new and clean. Staff super friendly. The ladies' locker room in the spa facility needs updating, but it's still nice and clean. A very pleasant stay.

Sofar is excellent. The amenities are great-but for me it the staff that makes the difference. Adil at concierge, Mishi at the front desk, Newton at the bar and Ali at Starbucks-literally can’t say enough about them.

Our welcome was good the reception area and restaurant and bar were pleasant. The room was compact and clean. The sliding bathroom door had no guide rail so felt very wobbly and perhaps unsafe. Despite appearing fairly up to date there are no usb ports in the sockets and I don’t think the fridge worked at all. We had to spend a long time queuing for the pool. The pool and changing areas are in desperate need of renovation, there were also dirty towels everywhere.

Common areas look high end but standard rooms are definitely no-frills. There are also none of the usual things in the bathroom so don't forget your toothpaste. Take your own robes/slippers for the pool as they're not provided unless you book a spa treatment. The day we went the hotel didn't receive their laundry of towels so there weren't even any towels available for the pool. We rang ahead about the parking and, whilst it advertises parking, its expensive and on a first come first serve basis. There are much cheaper ones in the area so shop around. Breakfast was good though and the beds comfortable. All in all it's adequate if you're not expecting more from the website photos of the reception and common areas (which are nice). Just about manages to be value for money for the area.

Beware of unauthorised visits to your room
Hotel in a good location and a great price for this time of year. Bathroom a little in the small side as it’s difficult to manoeuvre in there. Great breakfast. My frustration with this visit is that another guest somehow managed to get a key for this room and entered whilst I was in there. Guest Services explained why, but should never have happened and could have been very embarrassing! Subsequently, after going out for the evening, when I returned my key didn’t work thus requiring another trip to reception to remedy. A slightly disappointing stay on this occasion.

Fantastic location close to the underground, many shops and eateries. Lobby was buzzing each day. Breakfast had many options and was a great way to start the day. Rooms are small but very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again when in London.

A quality stay for the price and location
By London standards, this is quite high-end for a mid-ish priced stay and the pool and gym access push a convenient location to an excellent experience. Rooms are getting abit dated and the small double that I had was abit of squeeze, but I was satisfied enough given what I paid and costs at other places of a similar standard. Didn't try the restaurant or breakfast, but both looked good.

1-nigh pre-Christmas stay
We did automatic check out because there was a queue but I meant to ask them about the lights because we could not work out whether they were faulty or if they were either all on or nothing! And the bedside lights didn't work. Apart from that, only negative was the room was small. We were only there one night so not a big problem. We used the pool and jacuzzi, good size and decent showers/changing area. Breakfast was busy but a good selection of hot and cold items on the buffet. Good location, just behind Kensington High Street tube.
