"Good hotel, great location."
Great location (short walk from earls court tube station). Friendly, helpful staff - hair dryer blew up and they replaced it within 5 mins. Coffee machine, complimentary soft drinks, slippers and dressing gown in our exec room. Earplugs left I the room but it wasn't noisy. Food and Starbucks coffee downstairs - didn't eat there but looked nice as we walked past. Would recommend.

"Nice hotel"
Good hotel with great amenities very close by. Room and hotel very clean. The only issue I had was the room air conditioning wasn't working and it was a very hot day, called reception who offered to move us straight away into another room. Very happy
