"Great hotel - very central"
Hotel is very nicely decorated and modern! Although I booked a single room they upgraded me to a double! The room was small but everything had been well thought through. Shower was excellent! Breakfast was complimentary and was more than adequate including many varieties of herbal tea as well as the usual teas and many coffee options. All in all a great experience overall.

I really enjoyed my time there, but the bathroom was a bit too small for a single bed room. The hotel staff was outstanding..

"London hotel"
Arrived at hotel a couple of hours early and were seen to straight away, the staff were very helpful and brought our luggage to our room for us. The room was a good size and very clean with French Windows to a balcony with table and chairs, staff showed us how to use thermostat for the heating. There is a nice bar and lounge area with bar open until midnight. The hotel is in perfect place for the tube with station just around corner and bus stop outside, also only 10 minutes walk from Natural History, V & A and Science museums. Hyde park, Kensington gardens and Buckingham Palace all about 30-45 minutes walk away, we will definitely be going back to this hotel again

"Gem of a hotel close to the tube and much more!"
This hotel is in a great location close to High St Kensington station, bus stop, shopping, restaurants and parks. I stayed in a beautiful double room on the 4th floor with many windows and a large bathroom. It was very spacious and impressively quite for the location. I would definitely stay here again. A 3 minute walk to the tube is wonderful. The only downside is only stairs to the first floor to reach the lift. I also found the single rooms to be extremely small so I recommend the double. The staff was very professional and accommodating. There is also a great little place to eat next door, The Giraffe.
