Nice hotel, nice neighborhood. Good transit connections, close to most everything, but also not right in the thick of things. The largest mall in Europe was right at the transit hub. It you are a shopper, you would love it. A nice choice of dinning options there. Best gelato I have had outside of Italy at a small shop there. The transit hub had bus, underground, overground, suburban trains. It was possible to get around and not have to go into central London to go change trains if you didn't want to. I would stay here again.

"Nice hotel serviced by excellent staff."
2 nights stayed in this hotel. Next to Olympia which was ideal for ideal home. Good breakfasts. Hotel itself very clean even though a bit dated. We had excellent service from the moment we walked in the door to leaving. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.
