Would returnPosted Aug 13, 2013
Pros: Comfortable hotel with good staff.
Cons: Cooked breakfast, especially the bacon which was like a board.
Location: Very convenient location for visiting Kent or crossing the channel
Staff very friendly and helpful. Evening meals excellent unfortunately breakfasts weren't up to the same standard. Room comfortable and well kept.

Friendly and helpful staff at all levels. Clean and comfortable. Good food at dinner and breakfast - even on Sunday morning when it was very busy Excellent provision of wedding reception. Good value for money.

no complaintsPosted Aug 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
room was very clean and nice but adequate. I like big rooms this room could have been bigger, but no complaints at all. Comfy bed, radiator worked well as i tried it just to test. Flat screen tv had excellent reception, and wifi was also spot on. Breakfast was self service, i ordered poached eggs, they were perfection. Bathroom was modern and had shelves so i could put my bits and bobs on. Car parking was ok but they have a spa which is used by non resedential guests. i rate this hotel personally 9 out of 10

Changed rooms to a quieter room with no trouble. Free wifi throughout a great bonus. Smalk but sufficient pool, steam and sauna.

enjoyable stayPosted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Really enjoyed our stay. Staff on reception very friendly and obliging - moved our room to be near my sisters room and printed off a map to get us to our party destination. Comfortable bed and nice and quiet - no banging doors, loud TV's etc. Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and good variety. Only negative I can think of is the shower tap was very hard to turn on and off. Thinking of staying again.

I must have high expectationsPosted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
I thought the hotel was a little tired and I was disappointed maybe my expectations were too high. But compared to my stay at the Hilton hotel in dartford which was similar price I was disappointed. The curtains had holes in the lining, the breakfast was disappointing I felt as if I was an inconvenience to many of the staff in the dining room by asking for vegetarian sausages etc. just a few minor grumbles but I had two rooms just felt like I would have been better going to a premier inn at half the price. Swimming pool etc not worth a mention.
