Nice hostel. Stayed 1 night.

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Clean, "big" room.
Cons: Better pillows.
Location: Don't now.
Next to the motorway, when you are travelling and surching for a hotel for 1 night. Close to Dover (boat to Calais vise versa).

convenient position

Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: Good position to the motorway, handly to have a choice of shops nearby in the service area.
Cons: Standard of the bathroom fittings, and in some of the rooms the carpets look really warn.
Location: good location, near to Leeds Castle.
we arrived weary from driving long distance. Wanted to relax in a bath, bu the bath was badly damaged at the bottom and looked disgusting. Showered instead. Disappointing.

Convenient to M20

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Found nothing to dislike. It was very quiet.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Cannot comment, we only stayed overnight.
We wanted an overnight stay en route from Devon to Dover. This hotel filled the bill. We felt that the car was safe, the car park was well lit. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.

Seedy

Pros: Wasn't too far from the ferry port and it was reasonably priced
Cons: Beds were uncomfy, reception staff were too busy flirting with guests checking in that it created a queue. A proper bar/restaurant for a good meal
Location: It's a motorway service station, so I guess there's nothing to do here, other than playing with the traffic on the M20!!!
Terrible facilities for a half-decent evening meal. We went into Hollingbourne for a pub meal as the fast-food options of the service station was very limited.

Not a bad hotel

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: It was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, it made it a nice atmosphere.
Cons: Can't really think of anything to be honest.
Location: The hotel is very close to the centre of Maidstone. Not a long drive to Dover & other coastal towns.
My friend and I needed a twin room which a lot of hotels I looked at don't offer - this one does. The room was clean and was serviced each day. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite and we really appreciated it. If we asked for anything, they did their utmost to help. The location is convenient for many areas - not too far from Dover and other coastal towns, only 3.9 miles away from some good pubs and restaurants. There is a Roadchef on site which includes Costa, McDonalds and another restaurant which I can't recall the name of. There is also a WH Smith which is very useful. The free wi-fi is great, but you do have to register to use it (which only takes a few minutes). You have to log on each time you want to use it which to me is great as it is a safety precaution. Overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel, and stay here again in future if needed.

The hotel is a budget hotel, however it is clean and the staff are friendly. The service area is also pleasent and there is no road noise from the rooms. A good stopping point.

Convenient place to stopover

Posted Feb 19, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: The strength of the Wi-Fi, and noise/smoke proofing from the room sharing the same ventilation shaft.
Location: It was easy to find, just off the motorway, and there were adequate eateries/shop next door.
The room was comfortable and very clean. Could only pick up Wi-Fi if I took a chair and sat by the room door. The noise from the next room carried through the bathroom ventilation, as did their smoke. It's a shame some people can't stick to smoking outside.
