“Excellent room and breakfast, close to eurotunnel”
Very clean, well presented with friendly english staff. Rooms clean and big enough for the night. Breakfast was very good, self service from 6am, so excellent for an early start on the eurotunnel that was 5 mins away. Continental and hot english was available within the room price.Overall excellent value for money.
“the folkestone experience”
as a stop off next to the channel tunnel this hotel is excellent. The rooms are a good size with comfy beds. The breakfast is ample with lots of choice. The only difficulty was the directions which made it a little hard to find even though we had stayed there in the past.

Excellent stop over before taking the tunnel to France and great value for money with breakfast included and served at 6am.
“ONE OF THE BEST”
Me and my wife use this hotel often,I should say the beds are uncomfortable the food is horrible and the staff are unhelpful.That way I might stand a better chance of getting a booking when needed.This is not TRUE the beds are great,the food is good and the staff cant do enough for you. I just hope you gave up before you have read this far
“Nice hotel, modern and in good condition”
Stayed 1 night following a late Channel crossing, would happily stay again. Breakfast included unlike Premier Inn, Travelodges etc. Appears to be a relatively recent build, all modern and clean. Surrounding area not up to much but i wasn't there for the sight seeing. Drive past Tesco on the way in so good for fuel and provisions.
“Nice 3* Hotel”
We stayed at the hotel the night before travelling on the euro tunnel, as it was a 9.30 start and we didn't want to travel from Sheffield that day. I must say the hotel was basic but it was very nice, clean and fit for purpose. The breakfast was also basic but nice and tasty. I would difinately recommend and stay here again if I was going on the Euro tunnel as it was virturally 5 minutes away.

A VERY HIGH LEVEL OF COMFORT BUT EXTREMELY USEFUL AS ITS NEXT TO THE TERMINAL FOR EURO TUNNEL
“Good for the tunnel”
Clean and easy to get to. Not much character, but its close to the tunnel. Would stay here again.
“Convenient”
A friend & I have been walking the North Downs Way. We were unable to find accommodation along the way (in Etchinghill) so decided to try the Holiday Inn. A short bus journey took us near to the hotel. We enjoyed a meal, comfortable night & breakfast before continung our walk to Dover.
“Great Staff”
Very nice stop to stay for the night. The staff was fantastic.
