Great position for the Euro TunnelPosted Aug 30, 2014
Pros: See above
Cons: I know it is difficult with internet signal, but the bar found it difficult when I wanted to pay by card. So improving that is the only thing.
Location: Great for us ( see above)
We stayed going to France and on our return. Going on our holiday we arrived late and were up early the room was excellent. On our return we had time for something to eat. We ate in the bar the food was lovely, maybe a touch pricey and my chips were a little cool for me but that is a pet hate of mine! We had a disabled room which I thought, was odd. Shower was low etc as you would expect in a disabled room. Not sure why we we were put in it as we had been booked for over 3 weeks. Everything else was great, staff very friendly and helpful and very clean.

Very PleasedPosted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Very clean and everything well up to standard and the staff were so helpful
Cons: Only one thing would be nice to have a few more tea etc as we had to go and ask for more milk and sugar which the staff provided right away
Location: We were there for a appt. which was just around the corner also the town was easy to reach
I would like to say that we were very impressed with the standard of the hotel would say that it is the best travel lodge we have stayed at,

If they updated every 20 years it would be nicer.Posted Aug 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Rooms need a serious update. Whoever painted the entire hotel obviously doesn't know how to paint. Carpet in hallways was all old and worn out. Entire hotel had a slight odor of mold to it.

Room ok, just your average motel type place.Posted Aug 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was ok, but the random pair of someone else's pants (as in underwear) left for us in our room on arrival was rather revolting. We very gingerly put them outside the room & they were still there when we left the next morning! Not the best start! Other than that the room was alright, but quite a squeeze for 4 of us in the family room.

Check in very disorganised and disturbed by noise from room above. Little sound proofing and could hear every step from people above, when they got up at 5am for early departure. Hotel clean and breakfast good though.

Perfect for our ongoing trip to Eurotunnel. Very friendly staff. Bar meals a little overpriced but never the less they were good.
