Nice place!Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: The room was clean and very comfortable, perfect for a romantic break, had everything you needed.
Cons: Staff could do with a little bit more customer care training ie bar staff and restaurant staff, they need to be a bit more attentive.
Location: The location is good, bluewater shopping centre is not to far away,
My husband and I visited rowhill grange for a treat for our 26th wedding anniversary, we picked this hotel as it had a spa, we found the spa to be very relaxing, changing rooms had everything you would need shampoo and conditioner in the showers hairdryers they even had straightners my husband had a massage and said it was very good unfortuently I didn't get to experience the treatments on offer as we where a bit short on time but I hope to next time, food was good but could be a bit better found the service of the evening staff a bit forgetful had to ask a couple of times what the soup of the day was until I got a answer and the restaurant wasn't very busy so was a little surprised it took the young lady so long, but It didn't spoil are evening, the grounds are well kept and hotel is very clean we will definitely book rowhill grange again maybe on our 27th anniversary!!

Hotel and spaPosted Jan 31, 2015
Hotel lovely and spa wonderful the only problem is the sauna wasn't in the spa but in the changing rooms. The hotel would definitely benefit from a more welcoming bar area it's too much like a waiting area not a relaxing area. Never the less we will definitely stay again and would encourage others too

Nice, but expensive and coldPosted Jan 6, 2015 on Hotels.com
Was there on New Years eve for wedding. Room was nice - bluebell - but unfortunately cold, and although there was a radiator in there it did not work. We were only there one night and couldn't check the room earlier as at the nuptials. At £214 for one night expected better and was shocked to pay an extra 15 each for breakfast!

Pros: Wifi and restaurant
Overall good stay. Bit warm for me, not using spa so heating off and window open. Wifi good. Restaurant good.

Rose SuitePosted Oct 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very comfortable hotel albeit a little tricky to find. Car park very dark when lights are not working. I stayed in the Rose suite which was both clean and comfortable. Would book this hotel again in favour of the usual chains!
