Room above the pub in centre of CanterburyPosted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was excellent! Staff very friendly and helpful! Close to city centre
Cons: Parking voucher could be included rather than as an additional charge
Location: Very close to city centre - plenty to see in Canterbury
Had great time there. Only wish I didn't have to purchase an additional parking permit

Bar, good dining room, nice room, atmosphere, firePosted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Staff, atmosphere, location.
Cons: WiFi is terrible. English seem to not understand how to fry an egg.
Location: Canterbury is very nice. Hotel is close to all sights and train stations.
Tremendous stay. Sympathetic people when luggage was very late arriving.

Great Service good breakfastPosted Sep 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
The service was top notch from day 1. The hotel staff were crazy good, grabbing our huge bags as we were just moving to Canterbury and offering assistance before having to ask. When they could not book us for an extended stay as they were full they called another hotel for us and were kind enough to hold onto our bags for 3 - 4 hours after checkout while we transferred to another hotel. They offered for us to sample beers prior to trying brands, and the breakfast area in the morning offered a lot for filling up in the morning. TV channels are vast, many plugs to choose from, bathroom was big. Windows were open from prior visitors allowing more than a few larger than average spiders in the room was quite discomforting, I had spent a bit of time running around killing them. Aside from keeping closed windows and the prior note, flawless hotel to visit for it's cost.

great locationPosted Aug 31, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had a lovely 2 night break here at the Millers Arms. The Rooms were very comfortable and to a very high standard, especially the underfloor heating in the bathroom which was nice bonus. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The only negative my daughter said was she was have liked a kids cereal - ie cocopops or similar! I would recommend this hotel for its location to the city centre which was a 5 mins walk and also to the train station, again 5 min walk. It was is located in a lovely part of town near the river and small park. Our room had views of the cathedral too. The only negative I could say was that the internet in our room kept dropping out but it was great to have the use of free wi-fi.

Struttura caratteristica in ottima posizionePosted Aug 31, 2014

It was a lovely break for the two of us.Posted Aug 27, 2014
I must say I couldn't have picked a better place for us to stay. The food, place, staff and the beer on tap was perfect. So close to Canterbury cathedral as well. I would recommended it anyone. We are going to book again.
