It's a very old hotel in fair condition. When we got there the pool had overflowed so not exactly off to a good start. Also within the room they looked like that had done some spackling but never painted over it- The beds were fine and the price was good- but I can't recommend this hotel- just too worn down

Great views of the mountains, that's where it ends

Pros: nothing
Cons: tear it down and rebuild another hotel
Location: nothing, its out in the sticks, and I do mean the sticks.
Dated Hotel, very dated. Large resort, great grounds but very dirty rooms. Stains on the walls, carpet, yet bathroom was updated. Wallpaper pealing off the walls, all the windows were fogged, could not see out. (I was on the top floor) Nothing was open (food or drinks) no one behind the desk later in the night or at 7:30 am, not sure when they come to work. Had to drive 10 miles to find dinner. The only reason I pick this hotel was due to the location for my next day meeting about 8 miles away. This must have been a great place in its day, just not anymore.

Run Away!

No food of any kind. No service. Not even a cup of coffee in the morn. Need to leave massive property to get anything. Stained carpets. Cracked concrete. Dirty windows. Great spot for a Hotel, there just doesn't happen to be one at this address. They should be ashamed of themselves advertising themselves as "Resort and Spa". Not sure what you would call this place. Great spot to shoot a Horror Film though!

Shabby and dated

Water stained couch in lobby. Wallpaper coming off bathroom wall. Huge chunks out of elevator walls.

Fine location & comfortable.

Pros: Location & comfort. Free bottle of local wine.
Cons: The room fan squeeked a little in the night, nothing serious, and the free putt-putt golf needed sweeping a little.
Location: Hiking, biking, the great outdoors.
We needed a spot close by for a multisport event and liked the good size of the room. The pool & putt-putt ( full golfing) were nice. Great if you've got kids since they had tennis, basketball, etc as well.

Nice and homey

I expected this place to be a little less than extravagant because their price was much less than the cost of other Resorts nearby. It does seem to be a little worn from time but was well worth the price. I would call it a casual resort, where you can go to the Lobby in your PJ' s if you want and not get a dirty look. The place was overall quite comfy and I plan to go back.
