Lovely hotel- walking distance to townPosted Oct 30, 2013
I stayed here 1 night with my mum while travelling around Ireland. After staying at B&B's for many nights in a row, this hotel was a nice change. We chose this hotel because of the free wifi. The wifi worked for a few hours then did not work the next day. The hotel staff tried to fix it even offering to try and make it work on my iPad, but it was down. This was disappointing as we needed to book the next night's accommodation before we left Killarney. We could not fault the hotel in any other way. It was comfortable and met our expectations as it had many good reviews online. Most importantly it was only a short walk into town where we spent many hours enjoying music of the local musicians at the many pubs.

Good locationPosted Sep 21, 2013
Pros: Great location in Killarney. Clean and nice hotel.
Cons: Include breakfast into all room rates.
Location: Killarney National Park. Ross Castle.
We stayed one night. It was a nice hotel. The hotel staff recommended an excellent restaurant for a family. It is only a 5 minute walk to downtown Killarney.

Very noisy in the mornings as our bedroom window was on the ground floor and thoes waiting on the early morning coaches were outside our window talking very loudly , so a sleep in, was out of the question, and rest was my priorarity on this break. We did request a move but the hotel was full and as we were only staying two nights didnt like to make a fuss, but in future we would be very careful as to where room was situated.

Good location easy walk to CBSPosted Aug 25, 2013
We had a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel was far enough away from the city centre to be quiet but code enough to be able to walk to venues.

Lovely hotel. The staff was most accommodating, changing our room due to some patrons smoking.

Nice Hotel Short distance from centerPosted Jul 11, 2013
Pros: Access to internet was good, helpful staff. Good location.
Location: Near town center in one direction, and about a mile plus away from entrance to fantastic national park and Muckross house.
We found the hotel comfortable and convenient. It's located on a strip of hotels just outside the center of town, About a 15 minute walk to the town center.
