Hotel was quiet and clean. Two restaurants made it easy to find the right food. Van shuttle was very accommodating to take us to town and pick us up.

Large room in hotel right across the street from the ferry. Bus stop very near and inexpensive. Far enough from downtown to be quiet Brought in food for breakfast. An evening meal in hotel restaurant was good.

Best hotel in Ketchikan

This property is nice and clean and the staff delivers world class hospitality. Both restaurants deliver a solid menu of well-prepared simple fare. The staff is very attentive and frankly, fun. Jeremiah's has the only cold beer I could find in all of Ketchikan. I'm glad I chose this property over the hotels that offer the "Ketchikan Experience."

The Landing Ketchikan

Pros: Great breakfast. Shuttle proved to get to town.
Cons: 7 stairs
Location: Close to the ferry
Clean comfortable room which was obviously in a newer section of the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It is and older design hotel that was built cheaply in the 70s and although it was remodeled, there are defects like very narrow hallways, lots of noise transfer through the walls from neighboring rooms and people walking through the halls and ripples in the carpeting. All in all, the staff was friendly and helpful but the building is obsolescent. The fitness center was incomplete, the equipment in need of service and lacked a stationary bicycle that most fitness centers feature.
