This hotel is in a prime location and as such, you would think they would invest more in the infrastructure. Only some rooms are renovated (those are nice), but the older rooms are poor to average. Also, good service is spotty and staff should know basics like when to leave the hotel for the required ferry ride to the airport. No one knew on the day of my departure what time the ferry left, nor did night staff advise morning staff of van service needs. For a town that is hurting due to cancelled cruise industry, you would think staff would be ecstatic to have guests. Guess not...
