Excellent location with great transport links into Melbourne. All members of staff were professional and very helpful. Car parking very convenient and inexpensive. Great bar and restaurant.

I’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it. Great value for money in a position that is central to Kew shopping. Friendly helpful staff. The decor is a bit drab but the place is clean with easy parking.

This Hotel was fantastic to stay in, thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Staff were friendly, service was great nothing a problem. Apartment very roomy, serviced daily. So convenient. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there on my next visit to Melbourne.

I stay here regularly, and you get the same consistent attention to detail. The hotel is clean, well managed and in a great location, well away from the hustle and bustle of inner Melbourne.

Only criticism was that there was no cutlery or bowls/plates for us to use. My daughter had a day surgery and we stayed at your facility to enable her to recover before our trip home. Did not require a large amount of crockery but only teaspoons available. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you

Our Hotel rooms only have tea and coffee making facilities, if you're not cooking and do just need a plate/bowl, they can be collected from our 24hr reception desk. Great service, staff were attentive and helpful whenever we needed them. We left my girlfiend's expensive diamond earring in our room and even though the room had been cleaned, as we had checked out two hours earlier, they let us back in the room to check. It was found placed in the side drawer by the cleaner, so was easily found. Will stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

Good location which was quiet even though it is on a main road. The tram (109) stops outside the door and that makes good access to the city without the hassle of driving or paying exorbitant parking fees. Has own restaurant and bar which offer good food and wine. Room well appointed so all good and had parking in the basement.

Great Hotel
Stayed at this hotel and few times always find it outstanding. Staff are alway polite. We had a meal in the restaurant this time found it to be very nice and great service.

I stayed twice before and this visit was pleasant too. The room was comfortable. I loved the pillows. It was also good to have access to secure parking for a reasonable fee. Kew is a fabulous location. I highly recommend even though I am not a great fan of hotel decors that are mostly all about being brown and golden beige. I will stay there again when back in Melbourne for sure.

Excellent property at a great price. Room was large and clean with external balcony. Staff were very friendly and extremely obliging. Team at the door into CBD or St Kilda. Nice to be out of the city in a beautiful suburb. Definitely staying again
