The staff was awesome. It is like a five star hotel. It was quite. You would never know you were so close to Dulvale Street. Twice a day towel service. Chocolates on the bed every night. Awesome fresh breakfasts every morning. Would definitely go back again. Loved it!!!!!

A Great Place to Stay in Key West!

Posted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: Clean comfortable room with a nice pool, clost to all the action.
Location: Very close to lots of touristy things to do. Walking distance to almost everything.
This inn was a great place to stay while visitiong Key West for a week. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was great for cooling off after long walks in the city. There was a nice breakfast provided for guests every morning with a good choice of food. The location is very close to Duvall street where everything seems to happen and walking distance to lots of stuff that was interesting for us (tourists). I would recommend this inn as a great place to stay if you are contemplating a Key West visit.

underbart hotell

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: läget, vänligheten, poolen, trädgården, sydstatsbalkong/terass
Cons: perfekt
Wonderful!

Pros: Size, location and staff were wonderful. Brandon at the Reception desk was fabulous - friendly and helpful (we experienced a crisis) - THANKS!
Cons: Free parking when booking a room.
Location: Duval Street just walk away. Denny's just across the road made for easy breakfasts... and all right in the heart of Old Town area.
Location was fabulous - just a few feet from Duval and within walking distance to it all. Hotel was lovely and well maintained. Small but very pretty. Parking quite limited however and room didn't have a great view - however we weren't there to do anything but sleep anyway! Keurig machine in room and Milano cookies were a great touch!

Beautiful room and a convenient location very close to duval on the quieter end of the street. Staff were kind and attentive. Better values are hard to come by on the island.

Loved it!

Pros: Quiet room, comfortable room, tea/coffee facilities, happy hour (free wine), location, staff. Everything really :) Oh, and _dark_ room at night. Bliss
Location: The Almond Tree is located more or less at the dead center of Key West, walking distance to everything.
We stayed in three different hotels on our trip to the Keys. Two were modest "2 star" places, that were not great experiences. But this place (for much more money, of course!) Was wonderful. Cozy, lovely room (they upgraded us through the Expedia Elite Plus program, so we might have seen a better room than standard), nice pool, fishpond, neat little bar area where they served a contintental breakfast and happy hour drinks. Bar staff was awesome, left us to ourselves until we indicated a desire to chat, then he was more than happy to give us all kinds of valuable information about the area, things to do, etc. (The check in clerk was great too... mustn't leave her out!) They weren't particularly busy when we stayed (early Feb), and that might have helped with the next observation, but they let us park there early (we arrived hours to early to actually check in), stay parked for hours after checkout, and even let our friends who came to visit us, park there all evening too. My guess is this was not "normal" but so many places these days won't bend the rules even when they could, so this was a nice touch.
