“Very nice hotel, great location and excellent employees”

This was the third time that I have visited Kharkov. This hotel was very nice, clean, quiet. The employees all spoke English and were very helpfull and pleasant. The Breakfast was excellent and after 3 days, I found out that you can request eggs any way you want. The location is excellent and I highly recommend this hotel. This is the best hotel in Kharkov and is located next to a wonderful park and a small zoo.

“Great hotel in a very good location”

Can't say enough good things about the hotel's staff...especially the bar, restaurant, and front desk staff. Very friendly and efficient! Hotel is in a great location close to the beautuful parks, fountains, and main square. If I ever return the Chichikov Hotel is where I will be staying.

“Top Rate Hotel”

The hotel is top rate. Set it in any western nation and it would have nothing to be shy about. Ok no pool / gym or such but I wasn't interested in that. Most staff spoke a passable amount of English and all signs/menus were in English. some 100 TV channels, many in English. Hotel is also very, very central to shops cafes and park areas. The park at the top of the street is the main, and very sociable, focal point of the town - impressive night light show in the fountains.

“Nice hotel”

It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. It was my second stay in this hotel. Would stay there again.

“Good hotel for business travellers”

Hotel is good, clean and comfortable. Though single room was pretty small. Convenient location. Reasonable breakfast. Strange thing that there were no toiletries in the room and I had to go downstairs to pick it up at reception.

“Service still little USSR style”

COuld be a good hotel, nice design, reasonably maintained, but service very old style. The chambermaid burst in my room market "Don't disturb" to check the minibar when I was taking shower. Similar happened to the other guests. Complains to the reception went to nowhere. Also advertised WiFi was something the staff had no idea about. Otherwise the breakfast was very good, one day I was the only guest superwsied by one man and five girls.
